Meet the Business Owner
Adam B.
Business Owner
I founded AB Tax Law in 2012 to provide personalized tax representation to San Diego County taxpayers. As a San Diego Tax Attorney, my legal practice focuses on resolving and preventing tax problems for my clients. My current client list includes individual taxpayers, businesses, and tax exempt organizations throughout San Diego County.
The tax services I provide include: Tax Collection Representation, Installment Agreements, Audit Representation, Offers In Compromise, Currently Not Collectible or Hardship Status, Appeals Representation, Tax Court Representation, and Tax Return Preparation.
As part of my tax practice, I also assist clients with business formation, estate planning, and bankruptcy. I don’t view these services as separate practice areas. Rather, I view business formation, estate planning, and bankruptcy as key tools to resolve and prevent tax problems.
