History

Established in 2010.

Abraj is the lifelong dream of owner Mike Naoum, from a young age Mike has grown up with a passion for food and it shows in each of Abraj’s «Signature Dishes». Mike has spent over 20 years in the food service industry learning and perfecting the recipes for Abraj’s menu. Mike’s passion and experience shines through in all of the Abraj Signature Sandwiches, Appetizers and Plates. Some of the most popular Abraj items are the Andre’s Breakfast Sandwich, Louie’s Ultimate Falafel Sandwich, Abraj’s Signature Chicken Khabab Plate and the Ultimate Shawarma Sandwich. Abraj Also features a variety of side sauces, the most popular being Abraj’s Signature Garlic Sauce.

Mike has set out to present an eclectic variety of fresh Mediterranean cuisine with generous portions for an affordable price. In the spirit of true Middle Eastern culture Mike loves to eat, and wants to share his wonderful food with the world.

Cooking has always been a passion of mine. With the opening of Abraj, I wanted to fuse Middle Eastern cuisine with other Mediterranean influences. We incorporate seasonings and spices into our food from regions stretching from India to Morocco. So, what distinguishes us from other Mediterranean restaurants? Everything is made fresh– the sauces, the salads, the seasonings, you name it.
