How Does Laser Tattoo Removal Work?

PicoSure represents a major advancement in laser tattoo removal. It is the only device equipped with a picosecond laser and uses PressureWave laser light bursts to shatter underlying tattoo inks into microscopic particles. The ink particles are then naturally eliminated through the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Other tattoo removal lasers rely on heat energy to melt the pigment. What to Expect When Removing Tattoos with PicoSure

Several factors, including the tattoos size and color, will determine the number of sessions needed to remove it. Business Owner

Eric Korsh, MD has been a licensed physician since 1986. He is originally from New Jersey and has lived in San Diego since 1997. Dr. Korsh received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College and his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School. He completed a residency at Seton Hall University and a fellowship at Cornell University Medical Center in New York City. His interest in laser tattoo removal is personal and stems from a particularly bad ink job his son Cole had done when he turned 18. Dr. Korsh is also a certified Laser Safety Officer.

I really love this place ! They were so helpful and never tried to pressure me into buying anything. They make the pain very minimal and I’m able to talk throughout it the procedure, which says a lot. They check on you throughout to make sure everything is going ok and offer breaks if needed. I’m on session 3 of 6 and the tattoos have already lightened up so so much!

I have been thinking on having my tattoo removed for awhile and finally I decided to do it with Absolute laser. Im so glad i did. Everyone is so friendly and keeps you informed about the procedure. Mitch was wonderful in being straightforward about how my darker skin type will react to the laser treatments. Danielle was so wonderful and made you feel at ease. I did not find the procedure painful at alll. Mitch made sure I was comfortable. They also provide payment options if you need it. Overall an amazing place to get your tattoo removed.

I strongly recommend Absolute Laser for any tattoos you want off your body. Mitch is fantastic and explains the entire procedure making you feel very much at ease. I was scared the treatment was going to hurt and I was pleasantly surprised how I didn’t even feel it! The machines they have in the office are not only the most upgraded lasers but they also have different lasers depending on your customizable tattoo. Mitch truly takes his time to discover what the best process is for you! I love everyone in the office as they are all very friendly and helpful! Five stars!

This place is the best! Every one of the staff members are friendly & knowledgeable. I’ve now had two treatments and already notice a huge difference. The PicoSure laser is great, it’s fast & over before you know it. It also requires way less sessions than a traditional laser. They also use a cold blowing machine as they go to help ease the discomfort. I’m so glad I came here to remove my tattoo. I have a couple more that I want to get rid of and there’s no way I’d go anywhere else.

So far so good. I’ve had 1 treatment and my tramp stamp has faded already. I have appointment #2 next week. The staff made this experience enjoyable for me. The entire team is very friendly. I thought this was going to be so painful, but really it’s less than a one minute procedure (much shorter than getting the tattoo). I’ll update once I’m completely done with the process!

I’d been thinking about getting my tattoo removed for some time and a friend referred me to Absolute.
I’ve had two sessions so far and my tattoo has lightened up a ton. They are using new laser technology, so I only need a few treatments compared to what other offices quoted me. The staff is super knowledgeable and have made me feel comfortable through the process. Highly recommend!
