I bought Lexus 1992 SC400 from him, and I paid him $ 8,000. But I found that my car didn’t worth to it. He didn’t tell me that meter cluster panel was broken. (He told me after we made a contract…)
Soon, something (oil or fluid) started leaking (my car is so old, so I can’t afford original part. I mean I can’t fix it) 2 months later, actuator was broken, and I paid $ 400 to fix it. After 3 months, electricity was going down. (At that time, I found that the current owner fixed it before). I fixed it by myself. 4 months later, the engine lamp was flushing when I drove up I-​5. Gosh! I brought my car to Toyota Carlsbad and they really cared about my car. They were honest, didn’t ask me the «ridiculous» price to fix it and they told me that my car didn’t even worth $ 8,000. My service advisor said the price I paid was «ridiculous».
* I still take care of my car, I bring it to the «different» car shop every 3 months.

I know the owner Masa for almost 15 years. When my previous Mini Van was getting beat up, he found me a used Toyota Sienna for a very reasonable price. Masa is very dedicated to all his customers and I higher recommend talking to him when you are looking for a used car.

I purchased a used car from the dealer and am very happy with the car. He’s friendly, reliable, and professional; everything went very smooth and nice with him. I’d recommend the dealer to anyone, especially to a foreigner who’s not familiar with the system like me. He is from Japan and has very great understanding to us. Also he speaks Japanese fluently, so if you are from Japan and not confident to deal with these things in English, this is the place to go.

I was very happy and felt relieved once one of my classmates recommended me her car dealer. I have spent hours with car dealers before, but I did not feel comfortable at all. I got that feeling that they tried to take advantage of my situation (foreign and female with no clue about cars).
When I first met the owner of Accel Motors, he listened to what i was looking for and he gave me an overview of possible cars. I am very happy with the car I finally bought and I was very happy with the handling/​procedure: professional, reliable and quick. I would definitely recommend this place; it was a great experience!
