Business Owner

Mr DiSilva was born and raised in Ohio. At the age of 21 after working multiple years in fast food from the age of 14 he moved to Southern California. He has worked for many chain restaurants and expanded his knowledge of customer service from every perspective. He has worked for the Marriott, Planet Hollywood, PF Chang’s, Embassy Suites, in order to gain an understanding of marketing and advertising to diverse crowds. At the age of 30 Mr DiSilva was promoted to General Manager and Marketing Manager of The King of the Painters Co, inc. in La Mesa Ca. During this time he took this company in new directions. Mr DiSilva Implemented a in house Network and Server to handle the flow of information and also insure all customers became a top priority.

In 2006 Mr DiSilva decided to form Active Works Media. A.W.M would focus on the contractors and small businesses who did not have the resources to employ a person full time to market their companies.
