When I walked into the massive showroom, all I could hear was a «Hello, how are you?” But It was like Horton Hears a Who. He was so far back hidden behind a desk, he could have been Madonna from the nosebleed seats. Joel was his name and he gave me the best customer service I hadn’t experienced in a long time. Instead of pushing the already discounted floor model to me, he explained something better would come tomorrow for same price. I drove all the way back today and he even held it for me without me asking. There are 4 other office chair stores in the vicinity, and This chair was so right, and $ 100 – 150 cheaper than any of the other places who barely acknowledged me. Totally personable, Joel has my business for life.
