The doctor is overbooked and has little time for each patient. Also, do not give them a charge card to have on your information on file. Pay with a check. The Billing office double billed me for every office visit I had already paid my copayment on, and did it on my charge card using a form they signed «AUTO PAY» and did NOT have my authorization.
