Advanced Sprinkler and Drainage Repair did a great job. The company is only as good as their techs. Cory was awesome. He did everything right. Called before he arrived. Work with care and concern for my house and fixed the irrigation leak. He then came back when he said and was able to refine my sprinkler system. He was courteous and knowable and probably deserves a raise.

Scott worked hard and cleared my landscape drains, but after he left I noticed damage that was done to several rain gutter downspouts. It took me a few hours to repair them, but one is broken and proper repair will be expensive and time consuming. I’m not happy about this.

Just had our sprinkler system upgraded and repaired by Corey Holmes. We’ve done service with his company since coming to San Diego in 2007. Definitely a 5 Star technician. Knowledgeable about the system; takes time to explain everything before hand; never tries to up sell you; does top quality work. Definitely worth the price.

Called a few places and either got no response or 2 months estimate time. No thanks!
Called ASDR and had free estimate survey in person with Corey. He wrote me quote and showed up on time in pouring rain. San Diego water pressure is way too high so I asked him to place PRV in a certain location because of water hammer. I knew what was needed to be done but wanted a professional to do it. Corey was open to have me help out as needed especially since it was pouring rain and muddy. I just wanted it to be done right the first time. Couple months have passed and no loud noises when my sprinkler system turns off!
Definitely would use these guys again.

Corey is very thorough and detail oriented. 30 year old sprinklers needed to be replaced. Embankments had to be scaled and thick hedges had to be entered. All the sprinklers now work perfectly.

Corey was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He explained what our problem was and how we could avoid a service call in the future. I recommend this company for quick and thorough work.

These guys are very good at sending out invoices for providing an estimate. The drawing and photos of proposed remediation work were very good, and helpful since I was not home when the came to look at the property. The quote seemed a bit high (about 7,000 dollars), so I installed rain gutters for $ 600 instead. Now I keep receiving invoices from West End Services on behalf of Advanced Sprinkler and Drainage Repair for «Drain Special» to the tune of 64.00…

Scott came out, diagnosed and fixed intial difficulties for ~ $ 100, then replaced several mis-​functioning sprinkler heads in a separate visit. He was a great communicator and clearly a master of his trade. I plan on having him come back in the future and install a drip system. With ASDR on board, I am confident that my lawn and plants will flourish in the future. I recommend their services highly.

The rep came to give a quote to install 20lf of french drain and tie it into an existing drain line. Simple scope of work that was quoted at $ 3000. We had it done for $ 400 by a neighborhood gardner. ASDR then sent a bill for $ 64 for the privilege of receiving their quote. I guess the $ 64 advertised special to assess damages including a camera scope of a blocked drain also applies to 5 minutes looking at the ground to price our provided solution.

Masa came out to assess our sprinkler system and he had everything fixed in under an hour. He was extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend advanced sprinkler and drainage repair to my family and friends!

I had a plumber come over to investigate the cause of low water pressure in the house and he couldn’t figure it out, or he knew that there was a problem necessitating serious work and didn’t want to deal with it.
Mike came over to figure out what was wrong with the sprinklers; he identified and fixed the problem (tree root ruptured a pipe), diagnosed the water pressure (turned out there was serious work to be done) and fixed that, too. The quote was reasonable and the work was outstanding. Mike was also patient with my questions and very friendly.

We had some residual issues after a retaining wall install with our sprinkler system water pressure… it was such an easy fix — and mistake on our part that nobody caught. Masa from ASDR came out and found the problem in a blink of an eye — and fixed it. He didn’t drag out his investigation or try to angle for more «time on the job» in any way shape or form. He stayed to talk to me for a while (very friendly — and not pushy AT ALL) about all the landscaping work we were having done — as a result– he found and investigated a couple other issues — and informed us of all the options available to get everything from our landscaping remodel working again. Once we are finished with the remodel — we will definitely call Masa to have the sprinkler system redone! He was so approachable, acted with the utmost integrity and was very knowledgeable!

ASDR has provided service to us twice in the last year; each time they exceeded our expectations. We moved back into our home, which was a rental for a 2 year period, last year. Our sprinkler system had several issues which required some troubleshooting and some repairs beyond our time and ability. Greg Stoneback had the system assessed and repaired in a few hours.
Our second repair was last week. Scott Bennett assessed our issue and provided an estimate for our request to install a bypass shut off and a pressure regulator (something the original owner should have done in the first place). ASDR gave me a fair estimate and Scott had the install complete in less than 2 hours. He went above my expectations by framing a temporary barrier to soil around the new plumbing AND upon operational check of the system, repaired a broken pipe to a sprinkler head along the hedge. I also appreciate that Scott offered to come back to turn the water back on after the pvc cement dried if I needed him to; my husband was gone for the day.
My husband is a pretty good plumber, but when something is beyond his scope or his time, ASDR is a reliable and professional company to address our sprinkler system repairs.

ASDR has helped me out numerous times with my irrigation system. They have been great each time I have used them. They are very knowledgable about irrigation systems and I would highly recommend them.

I can not say how happy we are with Advanced Sprinkler repair. We has Masa ought yesterday and did an OUTSTANDING job. We had him replace a terrible Manifold and add a new sprinkler box and repair 4 sprinklers.
Masa was wonderful he is professional and honest and most of all very hard working. He had vast knowledge of his profession and very respectful on top of that. My husband is super obsessive about wires and messes. My husband was so pleased with Masa work and to say that is something. The work he did was professional and very clean.
Masa also had to deal with my very inquisitive 5 year old who wanted to help at all turns. He was so wonderful with her and had her help in the project. She was so pleased.
I honestly can not recommend Masa and Advanced Sprinkler and Drainage repair enough. The office staff was also very professional and friendly!
The pricing was fair and honored. Masa unfortunately ended up doing more work that he anticipated and he still honored the original quote. That kind of customer care is very hard to find these days! We will be using Masa and Advanced Sprinkler for years to come.

Great work done by Massa. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable and professional. Rebuilt manifold, repaired connections and replaced old sprinkler heads with new efficient MP Rotators. Very pleased with the work performed.

I chose this company after getting three different estimates. I also had them back to go over their estimate in person to ensure that both of us were on the same page with regard to what is being done. I cannot emphasize enough the importance ot a detailed written estimate when working with contractors.
I worked with Mike and found him knowledgeable and professional. Yes, the job took a bit longer than expected, but it was not by the hour and thus this was not an issue. Any glitches that took place were discussed with me and addressed in a manner I found more than fair. There are always glitches when you are digging into the ground and don’t know what’s there, plus if they are repairing something that someone else installed, they have no idea going in if the prior guy did the work properly and if they might have to fix it.
Further, when I subsequently thought I had a leak in the new work, Mike came back out and showed me where a tree root had cracked an old line (for the second time!). He took care of that for time and materials. Was it cheap? No. But he didn’t gouge me and he had to do a lot of digging just to find the leak and I certainly could not have done that myself.
Irrigation, I have learned, is a technical field that requires education and knowledge. Too many of the contractors I’ve seen throw systems together without having that education and knowledge and you pay more down the road to fix what was not done right the first time.
I find that most contractors talk fast and often work too fast, anxious to get to the next job or avoid traffic home or whatever reason they have. And haste makes waste. I appreciated Mike’s deliberate and professional approach to the project and unrelated repair job he did. I would certainly call him back for future work and wish I had used them from the start.

They are en excellent company. I have had them out for two different problems in the last 3 years and they fixed both problems promptly and efficiently in about an hour for the cost of a service call and the part. Very reasonable service call rate and reasonable on the parts amount. Mike is outstanding. He was the one who came both times.

Got a full sprinkler tune-​up for $ 78. The scheduling was efficient via email and got a reminder call the day before. The guy came on time was super-​friendly and professional. Tuned up my sprinklers, tweaked the timings, replaced a sprinkler head. Completely met my expectations + then some.
Will certainly use from now on for all my irrigation needs. Highly recommended.
