I got my Mac on Saturday to Abraham’s office. He was kind enough to accept me inside his office, being a Saturday. For that I give him «A+». He really went through and helped me with the computer issues.
I would say, he went over and beyond to help me to help resolve the computer related issues. Yes, I recommend Abraham to all computer users. Yes, he’s very professional and courteous.
I give Abraham an overall «A+» for his dedication and passion for work. Great Work !!!

Unprofessional.
Untrustworthy.
I had to go there three times to finally get my laptop. Every time he said my lap top is ready it wasn’t and I had to wait for him to finish something. I trusted him when he said new windows will fix my laptop problems I ended up changing my hard drive and paying $ 198.00 and still my laptop crashes and has same problems.

I ran into an issue where my PC screen just went black. I had YouTubed things I could try at home but unfortunately was not able to fix it. I Unilocaled to see where I could take it nearby and landed on this page. The next day I called Abraham– he has really good customer service and I could tell he was a very kind person just genuinely wanting to help. I took my laptop to him and he really took the time to explain everything that was going on and possible solutions. He’s very knowledgeable so I knew if my laptop was fixable, he’d be the one to do it. Unfortunately, after hours of delicately taking the laptop apart, he found it was a motherboard issue and I was not willing to pay for the part. All in all, I had a great experience with Abraham and would definitely go back to him/​recommend him to my friends for any laptop help! Thanks Abraham!

Sooo, here’s my story, I have a MBP and I work with a lot of video footage for editing. It was more beneficial for me to use an SSD as my main and replace my DVD drive with the original hard drive so i don’t have to rely on external hard drives anymore. Once all my parts came in with my new SSD and extra caddy for the original HD, I installed my SSD effortlessly, but when it came to take off the DVD drive, that’s when my frustration began! I stripped 2 out of 5 screws I needed to take off!
The next morning, I called many repair shops high and low asking if they could do it and the only person who wasn’t hesitant to help me out was Abraham! Everyone else I called weren’t too confident, and one even told me to take it to the Apple Store! What was the point of me calling you for help than?!! I didn’t want to wait in line with a reservation and i needed this done ASAP because like any normal hard working American, I had projects I needed to finish and I have a day job to go to, so time was money!
Abraham was very accommodating to my unpredictable day job schedule and very fair pricing due to my dilemma. Dropped it off at his shop during my lunch and couple of hours later, had the courtesy to drop it off at my work! Awesome! He went above and beyond any repair shop! Very appreciative and got me editing right after my day job!
Definitely my GO-​TO repair guy for any computer problems!

Abraham was helpful and fixed my computer, which I am typing on right now. He ordered a motherboard for this laptop from eBay, and spent the necessary time fixing it. He did great, with good customer service.

ATC is legit! My pc recently contracted 2 viruses that were undetectable by my anti virus and Abraham found them, deleted them, and boosted my computers all around performance making it noticeably faster. This guy really knows computers and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re more than happy and fully informed. Good price and it only took 1 day! A+

Abe is not only a cool and honest guy but a true pro who knows his stuff. First, he gave me a reasonable estimate, better than the other 3 guys I interviewed, and second, he went to work right away networking my office and even fixing a few old computers I had that were running slow. My network is smooth and seamless and the two computers I was about to throw away are working perfectly again. Thanks Abe and thanks for not being one of those snobby computer techs, the cockier the computer tech, the less he knows!
