Advisors On Target, LLC came into existence when owner Linnea Blair decided to start a Business Coaching & Consulting company to address the needs of small business owners in San Diego and nationally for small businesses in the construction trades.

The president of Advisors On Target, Linnea Blair provides business coaching and consulting to business owners and executives, who are ready to take action to become effective leaders and run a more profitable and professional business.

Linnea is a member of the the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance, BNI and San Diego Business Resources, a business to business resource group in San Diego. Linnea has been active in charitable work locally as a Red Cross volunteer, and internationally as a work team volunteer and Board Member for Many Hands Foundation.

I met Ms. Blair on the recommendation of two people (John Peek and Mike Chism) I deeply respected.
At the time, I did not understand her services or how she could help me. All I heard was «you will have a better business» (eyes rolling)
I «heard» her, but did not understand her.
Perhaps real business learning is not in a class room (inspite of the many conferences I attended with this organization), but more
like riding a bike… it’s like telling me to peddle peddle fast and balance… her explanation of the service (before hiring her) did not help me grasp what learning to ride a bike is.
Years later (after many loving beatings with a financial stupid stick and gentle 2 by 4s) I understand «balance».
I can now not only ride a bike, but surf, ski and do yoga both in business and in my personal relationships.
This group greatly contributed to me being the wiser business person.
