As a 501c Non-​Profit, our mission is to make home care as affordable as possible while maintaining the highest levels of quality. We are specialized in geriatrics and special needs family and very involved with the Autism Community.

Meet the Manager

Rosa M.

Manager

As part of the HR Team at Affordable Providers, I manage human resources functions for the company, including training, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, employee health and wellness, employee development and safety, as well as issues relating to federal, state, and local employment legislation and non-​profit sector. I believe in every dollar saved is another dollar we can reinvest to improve patient care. Our model supports our social mission of improving the health and happiness of our members and the community. Majority of our staff are non-​paid volunteers.
