I called AACC and was able to get an appointment within just a couple days. I have three dogs of my own, plus all the visiting dogs, and my carpets showed it. Particularly there was a corner spot in my room all the boy dogs seemed to really «like.» In just about one hour my house smelled like new, the carpets looked like new, and in fact the carpets felt softer than I ever remember. I am so happy to have found them… and will use them every time in the future.

Wow! Gio Ingolia cleaned our motorhome carpet which hadn’t been cleaned ever. It looks brand new. Unbelievable job, wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Great price and done in a reasonable amount of time.

They did an amazing job !! When I first moved in I didn’t believe the landlord had the carpets cleaned so I rented a rug doctor. The water was clean and the stains had not changed, so I knew they were cleaned. I have lived here for 2 years renting a rug doctor every few months and after a recommendation from a friend I tried All American Cleaners. My carpets have never been this clean !! They even got out a tiny paint spot and gave me recommendations on how to clean the carpet myself. There was no pressure to reschedule and the cleaners were very professional. Highly recommend All American Cleaners.

Our carpets are old and need replacing but I needed a quick fix in a pinch so I called All American. I was so impressed with how well our carpets came out! Even the runner that I was about throw away got a new life. The stains were gone and it only took a few hours to dry. No funny chemical smells or lingering damp scent either. They were prompt, efficient, and affordable. I would highly recommend them to everyone — and already have!

Gio killed it. Started to panic on a Friday night and called Gio around 6:00PM leaving a message. Then I booked with Stanley Steemer as we had to be out by Monday night — with the $ 25 discount, $ 250. Gio called back within 30 minutes and said it sounds like $ 140. Cancelled with Stanley. Gio met me on a Sunday and then came out Monday to make the house look incredible. He texted me throughout the process and had the kind of personal service that is almost extinct these days. This is the carpet service you want.

It’s terribly convenient to use these guys. Gio set up a time to swing by and see what he could do for my carpets (old building, terrible carpet, studio apt, etc… and the list goes on), since all I knew was that they were filthy. He showed up on the early end of our appointment window, which was convenient as he knew I had to leave for work, spent a few minutes getting an idea of what he could do, quoted me a fair price and showed up at my office an hour later with my house key and a smile on his face. Not only that, he removed a giant rusty water stain (spilled window a/​c unti) from tan carpet out of a room at my last place and was very fair with the pricing. I’m happy to call them for any carpet or upholstery service, or recommend them to any friends, family or colleagues. Thanks All American!

Hopefully this is the same company as 619−222−5326. He came to my place at late notice. Giovanni was very professional, had the lowest price, and finished quickly. other companies were quoting me hundreds more, and trying to schedule me in two weeks. My carpet looked beautiful. Highly revcommend!!!

I requested a quote two weeks prior to the date I needed my carpet cleaned. I got a quick response and the man I spoke to seemed friendly and accommodating. The day of the appointment came and he never showed up. We called him several times, left a message and never heard anything back. It was really disappointing since it was the evening before guests were supposed to be at my house. All American left me with dirty carpets with no time to find something else to do. I found it ridiculous that no one even got back to me or let me know that they weren’t going to show up.

All American was not available the weekend that I moved out, however I received a prompt return call and furthermore (unprompted) they informed me about what a reasonable rate would be to clean my apartment and advised me about what I should ask other carpet cleaning companies. From this experience I can attest that their customer service is definitely a cut above the rest!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my carpets. We have two small dogs, we need our carpets cleaned very often. What I like about All American is that Rick gives you a fair price and does a thorough job. So many carpet cleaners I’ve used in the past have special offers where they charge a certain amount per room, but don’t include all the gotchas. Rick doesn’t mess around with all of this. Everything is above board and straightforward. Most importantly, my carpets look great.

I needed my carpet cleaned on short notice and he made time on a busy Friday to squeeze me in. He uses high end equipment and made quick work of my 1 bedroom apartment.
Rick Ruiz with All American Carpet Cleaning is very friendly and a legit service. He also helped me start my car’s dead battery with his jumper cables before he left! I highly recommend!
