Established in 2012.

Daniel arrived to America recently. Everybody in his family always have been businessman and since first day after he came to the US he always had a dream to have his own business. He always wants to be successful, to contribute in the world and help people. At the beginning he has worked even for free because he studied and he had no any qualification. Now, after few years he has achieved his purpose and open towing service business. On the way that he chose there are a lot of difficulties, especially in a tow service, but they are only invigorates.

I called to have someone jump my battery and was told 10 minutes. The guy arrived about 30 minutes later. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t almost 9pm, I had my small children in the car, and it was freezing. The guy showed up in a small little truck! What if my battery didn’t start and I needed a tow?!
He showed up with a quick start battery jumper that had a «dead battery». Once he realized it was dead we asked him for jumper cables, which he did not have. Why even show up?! Luckily, mall security showed up and saved us! The guy didn’t even stay to help, he just jumped in his little 2-​seater truck and drove off! If you ever have a dead battery at a mall, just call security, don’t call a tow truck… Especially not this company! I can’t believe I even convinced my husband to give him a tip for making the trip out. I’ll never use this company again!

i got into a car accident and needed a tow. a friend called roadside towing for me and the driver Cameron came right away. Cameron talked to me about taking the car to the shop but after i told him i wanted to take the car elsewhere, he respected my wishes and helped me with the tow and then dropped me home. I really appreciate the assistance and professional way everything was handled.

Fantastic service. My car wasn’t starting and the dispatch center was quick to respond to my call. Tom arrived swiftly and was professional throughout the whole process, and despite some initial issues with the car he remained patient until the car was towed to the destination.

Yesterday night my car broke down at Qualcomm Stadium. «/​I called All Roadside Towing and whoever I spoke with said they would be there in 40 min. Around 2 hours later Luis came out and helped me. He explained that he was late because of a car collision on the freeway that he was helping out too.
I was quoted $ 125, when we arrived to my house Luis wanted to charge $ 175. I had to call back to the person who I first spoke to. He wanted to give me a $ 20 discount. Of course I said no! Luckily for me my father was there with me.
At the end I payed $ 125. Thank you Luis. You helped me out yesterday and none of this is your fault. You are just doing your job.

Truck showed up in a timely manner and driver loaded my Audi onto his flatbed, which took some work to complete. Friendly driver, professional, and helpful. Dropped me off at a repair shop and waited for me while I coordinated with the mechanic. Reasonable prices. I will save their number and use them again.

My car’s motor was working faster than usual this morning and I didn’t feel safe driving it home. Called All Roadside Towing and Daniel picked up. He was very friendly, made the whole situation stress-​free and assured me someone would be at my location soon. I was somewhere with no real address and my tow truck driver Cameron still had no problem finding me. Everyone that helped me was very nice, and I recommend them!

So I pulled into fiesta island not realizing there was a ditch and my van got stuck! I called around to a bunch of different towing companies and they all wanted over $ 200 to pull me out after the fifth towing company I called I finally got a hold of all roadside towing. They were very nice and reasonable with their price they told me that it was going to be 30 minutes. After 25 minutes Cameron showed up he was a very sweet man he didn’t make me feel stupid at all. He hooked my van up and had me out in a jiffy. I will definitely be using all roadside towing again for any of my towing needs.

We just moved to the area this week and when my husband tried to leave for his first day of work he found that his car battery was dead. Cameron from All Roadside Towing was dispatched to give us a jump. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helped us quickly. We would definitely call them again if we need roadside assistance!

These guys were very nice, and I needed a tow so I don’t really like leaving this review but it is a warning for others who may use this service in the future. I needed a tow downtown and called the guys, hoping the amazing reviews would live up to their name. Unfortunately, they did not.
When I called, I was told it would be 45 mins to an hour and I asked for the total cost and was told $ 115. I was in a total bind so I thought why not. 2 hours later the truck comes, and that’s fine because they were likely very busy. The problem was that by the time I got my car towed to the tire shop, I had been called them 3.5 hours prior and was charged $ 185. I was NEVER told there was a hook-​up tow fee, and I got charged an extra $ 5 for mileage, even though I told them the exact number of miles when calling. This is not the cost itself that bothers me, it’s the principal of the fact that I felt like I got taken advantage of. I wish I could give them more stars, but the two are just for the friendly service.

I only chose this company because of my mechanic. It is one of the lowest towing costs I probably had.
Daniel, who is the owner and also my tow truck driver, was really quick about the towing, really friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, professional, and helpful. I made an appointment and we set up a pick up time (which ended up just calling a certain amount of time before the needed pick up time). I called about ten minutes earlier without issue and he showed up right on time. I’ve towed my car with them probably a couple of times and I don’t remember my drivers names but going with others, I know I definitely paid more for shorter distances.
Overall, I saved their number for future reference. I will definitely use them if I can’t move my vehicle.

My guy who towed my car was awesome! After a horrible breakdown on the freeway, All Roadside Towing was there is 15 minutes to pick me up;) He gave me & my car a ride home. I was so overheated & he had his cab nice & cold. We had great conversation during the ride and when it was all said & done the price was just right. God forbid if I ever need help on the freeway again… All Roadside Towing is programmed in my phone!!! Thanks guys ;)))
