All Secure

We’ve had the system only a few days, but it seems to be working fine. The salesperson, Andy, is very personable and easy to reach if you have any problems. The installer came on time and installed system with reasonable speed. I had researched the prices beforehand, and they were almost the same as two other companies.
The only reason I rate this 4 stars instead of five is that we did have some communication problems. However, they are very interested in having satisfied customers, and everything ended up resolved to my satisfaction.

We got our system a couple of months ago & am just getting around to writing this review. Beverly who worked with us was professional & sweet. She made the entire process extremely simple & straightforward. Recently there have been so many thefts in our neighborhood that the Sheriff is reminding people to lock their car & home doors. We’re very satisfied w/​our All Secure Security System.

Clean, fast install. I had them for 8 months. Great system with good monitoring service. I had one problem and they fixed it above and beyond expectations within a day. They now have a customer for life.

My review will only support other 5 star reviews you can read here about All Secure company. I chose this company based on Unilocal reviews myself. Beverly contacted me in less than 24 hrs after I left my info on their web. She actually made time to come see me the same day. And I must tell you, this has been one of the best experiences I have had with a sales person since we started to remodel our fixer upper. She was respectful of my time (I have one year old baby), she did not try to do never ending sales pitch on high end quality of products they use, instead she focused on service they offer. She was very open about their program. Focused on possibly hidden «features» other companies might often use in their contracts.
She walked through the house with me, we discussed what my main concerns might be and we came up with a plan what needs to be installed.
In all honesty, I really did not even consider other companies after an experience like this.
All Secure offers great package for appropriate price. Sign up was a no brainer anymore.
Install day was as smooth as can be. On time, quick, knowledgeable, focused and patient when explaining the system. When Eddie, my service man left, I had full confidence in how to use the system.
I can enjoy the safety of our home in less than 48hrs from signing the contract!!!

I have nothing but glowing things to say about All Secure and their entire team. I’ve waited a few months to write this review just to make sure everything worked out and it is long overdue. From their initial sales team (Crystal was awesome, not pushy, and very informative) to the installers and tech guys they are top notch.
I have had a couple minor issues with a sensor falling off a door, or the panel not working exactly as it should. All Secure sent someone out the next day to resolve them, free of charge and with a smile.
I also cannot speak more highly of the office manager, Alyce, who I have dealt with on multiple occasions. She has been patient, responsive, and extremely kind on any issue or question I have encountered. She is a shining example of customer service and professionalism in an industry that often lacks it.
The reviews on this page are 5 stars for a good reason. This business deserves it.

We had a security and a fire alarm system installed using All Secure. Lonnie came out for an initial assessment and that took about an hour. No sales pressure, but yet he knows how to sell. Seems like a good guy all around. Eddie came out the next day for the installation and he is a great and professional installer. Answered all questions and believe me, we had plenty (our first security system!). Overall experience is very positive. I hope this investment will never pay off as I am not looking for my house to be burglarized and/​or catch fire, but we feel better sleeping at night and working during the day.

I did a lot of research before contacting All Secure. So many of the big name companies had horrible reviews, and I’m glad I took the time to know the pros and cons of different systems. All Secure had great reviews, was a local company, and had state of the art equipment. Krystal came to our home and was such a pleasure to work with, as was the alarm installer. Honesty, integrity, and personalized service is what you will get with this company. Our parents saw how happy we were with the alarm system, so they are now happy customers as well! Don’t waste your time with the big name companies from outside our area. All Secure is by far the best choice.

Had Beverly out over a year ago to my mom’s house and have recommended her to a few clients. She is incredibly thorough and professional. She cares about her clients and really takes her time to ensure you are happy with the product. Comparing pricing they are also a great deal!

Lee came out and did a complete assessment of our property, recommended which system would tailor to our home, especially with pets. Lee answered both my husband’s and my questions, thoroughly and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with All Secure. Marvin came out a walked over the entire house and let me know the features and options available at every potential point of entry. He was courteous and very professional. He talked through every detail in the contract regarding equipment and contract for the service.
The installation day was a very easy event as well. Eddie installed everything exactly the way it had been described, and gave me a tour of the equipment and how to set it up and use it.
I have not had a need to call in to customer service, but I trust it will also be a great experience.

We had Beverly come out to assess the house and talked to us about their pricing and product. She was a very awesome person and helpful in every way possible. The All Secure team will find a way to help you. I had a slight issue that I couldn’t fix, so they called around to get someone here ASAP (who came in an hour or less since I called) and the issue was fixed with no further issues. The customer service is amazing and of course the alarm system works well! I would definitely recommend Beverly and All Secure because all of them are just beyond helpful and looking out for your best interest (including costs) compared to other major companies. Go with All Secure.

I had my house broken into a few weeks ago and it was something I never thought could happen to me. I’ve heard of it happening but knowing someone was in my home uninvited is the worst feeling imaginable. I started looking around for home security systems and found «All Secure».
They are a local SD company and had heard nothing but wonderful things. A+ BBB rating and 5 stars on Unilocal.They sent Sarah to my house to give me a demo and do a home analysis. She was more than friendly and was able to get me a grandfathered in rate so it won’t change over time. I’m 1000% satisfied with their process and product. They also have a lifetime warranty which says a lot about their company. Thanks again for helping me feel safe in my home again!!! Highly recommended

I’ll have to start by saying that customer service is great, the technician that came to install the alarm system into my house was extremely careful and clean, also very professional
The alarm system is very high tech, touch screen is amazing, it looks like a million dollar, the sale was also very smooth, price was good and the fact that I can set the alarm thru my phone is a plus.
Ryan made this process easy, he’s very polite and respectful, made me feel comfortable with this purchase, he called to follow up, and I truly appreciate that.

Krystle and Mike were great to work with! They were friendly, nice, not pushy, knowledgeable, easy to work with and have a great Honeywell products to offer.
I am very happy with the features of their alarm system. Who knew their system works with dogs??? I’m talking about up to 70 pounds or so, not pocket doggies. Ok, Krystle and Mike knew but I sure had no idea! I can even set up temporary users for house/​dog sitters!
Even the installer was great! Knowing the local office is in South Park is comforting, too.

If you can be an industry expert *and* be friendly, you have my attention. Great guys who know their work inside and out. Plus Honeywell products, a name I’ve always trusted.
While so many companies are busy trying to grow national business at the sacrifice of customer care (and basic human decency, ha!), they’re doing the opposite. All Secure seems focused on taking care of San Diego customers specifically, which I love. (I believe they have a community donation program with Rady’s, so they even give back. When I say good people, they really must be.)

Sales process was easy and simple — Krystal was very well informed, and very helpful. The installer was able to come out the next morning! The system is great, super easy to use and works great.
Alex the installer did a great job, came back the next morning to address a small issue immediately and all is working great.

Integrity. That pretty much sums up my experience with All Secure. At first I was a little weary considering I had never heard of them. after the first 20 minutes with Lonnie, I knew I had made the right choice. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and non pushy. I was given options on how to protect my home, not told which «package» like those other guys you see on t.v. I love how modern and simple my system is! Not to mention my rate is locked and I have a lifetime warranty! If you truly care about who protects your home and family, call All Secure (and ask for Lonnie)

Update: My system is working great, just as promised and I have referred my mom and co worker that now have the system. I have a few neighbors that have asked me why I have 2 different signs for my security (we live in a tight HOA community). The green one is just the monitoring co. (CSG). The only part they have in this is our monitoring. The red one is All Secure. They take care of everything else and I couldn’t be more satisfied still! All my questions have been promptly addressed by the office manager, very professional and helpful! Keep it up guys!
