Allman Family Auto is a truly family-​owned and operated auto-​repair and maintenance facility. We are a full-​service garage and offer everything from basic oil changes, Brake repair including Pads, Rotors, Shoes, Drums, and Wheel cylinders, Diagnostics, to major engine and transmission repair, 30k 60k 90k services and Timing belts. Our two main goals at Allman Family Auto are to maintain your vehicle in the most cost effective way and to treat each customer like family.

We are ASE certified as a Master Auto Tech for many years. Also have ben trained and certified in all areas of automotive repair and diagnostics. We display many certifications on our wall in our office. But Actually there are many more certs we dont display for sake of wall space. Those certifications only mean something when we have proven to you our abilities and integrity.

History

Established in 2005.

The history of this business (in my eyes) is still very short. This is our 9^th year. I had worked for other auto repair facilities in the San Diego area for many years and had a large following of customers that would move with me if I changed employers. My customers and friends would always encourage me to start my own shop. And when the rite timing and facility came around I jumped in and started things up.

We started the business in El Cajon, Then in 2014 we moved to our New, Larger location at 7066 El Cajon Blvd. in San Diego.

I first started in mechanics when I was 12 years old, Volunteering to work on the buses that were picking me up for Sunday School at my church. Interesting thing is that 23 years later I am the person in charge of taking care of those same buses on Saturdays at my church, Witch is why I am not available on the weekends here. Since that time most of my life has ben centered around cars and church.
