Always Accurate Tax & Bookkeeping Service

I’ve been with Always Accurate for the last 16 years. Couldn’t be any happier. My taxes are done within a few days and it costs me a fraction of what other companies would charge me. I did refinancing on my home and instead of submitting all the neccessary paperwork while i was out of town I gave my mortgage guy Stacy’s phone number and my refinancing was approved without any delays! I LOVE ALWAYS ACCURATE!

I’ve been using this service for years and have always been satisfied. They have been friendly, timely, and charge a fair and reasonable amount. Saw some negative reviews, but if you show up late or with incomplete information, guess where the fault lies.

I walked in this place to see a CPA and the crabby, old lady (the receptionist) at the front desk barely wanted to look at me while I was talking to her. I don’t know if she profiled me because of my surfer look and thought my business wasn’t substantial enough for her to even entertain (which she would have been badly mistaken) or if she was just a straight up rude person. I asked if I could make an appointment after the short, dreadful conversation then changed my mind pretty quick when I realized I would be putting my money and business bookkeeping in the hands of this business. «Nevermind actually,» I said, then walked out and found a much better place in OB.

4 months of no returned phone calls and nothing getting done, I just want my paperwork back and I can’t even get that!

Worth every penny, and I’m happy to say, Stacy’s services don’t cost too many pennies either!
This was my first experience going to an accountant for taxes. I’ve done H&R block in the past, and always felt like they didn’t pay attention to the details. Since then, I’ve done them myself, but as life has gotten more complicated, so have the taxes. This year, I decided to hand them over to a professional, and I am so glad I did!
I made an appointment, came in with everything I had prepared, and Stacy went over each item with me, then made her recommendations. Even though she ended up preparing an extra amended return for me (yay for more money back!), she honored the original price quoted to me on the phone. I REALLY appreciated that.
The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the timing — the front desk told me a week from appointment to prepared return, but it was really just over 2 weeks. But still, two weeks during the height of tax season is more than reasonable.
Next year, I won’t be dreading my taxes because I’ll definitely be seeing Stacy again!

I have only used these guys for notary service, but they did that competently.

I’ve had my taxes done here for the past two years, based on recommendations from 2 friends who’ve been filing with Stacy for at least 10 years. They’ve always been very quick, and are reasonably priced. I just walk in (you have the option to drop-​off or set an appointment). She calls if she has questions. My taxes are usually ready a couple days later. I go in (no appointment needed), sign, pay, and I’m done. Very, very easy. The 2 bad reviews seem out of place. I, nor have either of my friends, have ever had any issues whatsoever with this place. It’s actually incredibly efficient and convenient. Highly recommended.

Stacy and her assistant were extremely helpful and I could not believe how easy it was to file my taxes after moving and starting my own business. I will definitely continue to use her services.

My taxes were fairly simple, but I just get overwhelmed by the numbers and forms. I called here to get a quote on how much it would run me, the cost was reasonable, so they fit me in the schedule for the next day. Brought everything in, Stacy explained everything to me and told me how much I was going to owe. I left feeling confident.
Just went in to pick them up and the front desk was just as helpful. I’ll be back next year!

I hired always accurate to do my tax, after three months of not returning my calls, I had to go their office to find out my taxs were not ready.

If you really feel that you should not file your own taxes and you want to put your trust in someone, this is the place to go with my recommednation.
Thousands of my dollars have been saved by filing here to figure out houses taxes, and all the stuff I was never really a pro at knowing.
I’m really one to trust people who know their job, and she really knows her job. These days I’ve started learning more so I’d like to do this myself but if I needed help I’d go here, my trust is firmly in her camp.
