It was Sunday night when a customer got locked out of her car and Costa Verde
We were shopping for a locksmith for about an hour lucky I found these 24 hour locksmith guys that got there in 15 minutes and open it in a minute

This is a great service! My locksmith Omar came to Costa Verde, I was locked out of my apartment on Labor Day weekend, I have a really fancy lock. He managed to pull the lever on the other side and gave me an awesome deal! You MUST contact this service if you’re in need, he really saved the day :)

I walked out without my key and called this company immediately. They were quick to respond and I had the pleasure of working with Sam. He assessed the problem and provided a great solution.

My first Unilocal post I believe. I called three other locksmith places and none of them picked up. Left a message with one company and never got a call back. I got locked out of my place on Mother’s Day and these guys answered! They got here to my place in less than 15 minutes, and they said they’d get there in 15 minutes. The locksmith who saved me was Sam. Incredible, chill, and down to Earth guy. I’m from San Francisco and Sam gave me a San Diego welcome. This guy definitely made the whole ordeal not even a big issue.

I was renting a place out, which the owner didn’t provide a key to one of the locks. Accidentally someone or myself enabled one of the locks. The lock is some weird lock, with a knob when put on a certain position, the lock becomes automatic. Owner of the place wanted me to pay for the whole lock, which they did not provide a key for. And tried to take even more money from me. By attempting to make me pay for the whole lock, locksmith labor, and losing my rebate on the place I was renting. The total cost of the lock and labor was $ 159. And, the cost of my rebate was $ 150. She wanted me to pay the locksmith fee and also lose my rebate for the apartment, equating to $ 309. (Cleaning rebate, if I left the place clean I would receive a $ 150 rebate). I ended up suggesting we compromise to splitting the locksmith fee. Which I’m still a little upset over, because as a host, she did not provide a key for this lock, which would completely avoid this situation altogether.

Sam was awesome! He tried really hard to open the lock, which just wouldn’t budge. You could tell he was really putting effort into trying to pick the lock to save me expenses. Unfortunately, he had to drill the lock and replace it for me. He was an awesome dude! Extremely friendly, really talkative, and gave me tips on where to go in SD. He gave me a good price on everything. It definitely was my best experience being locked out.
Sam, if you’re reading this. Thank you! You’re an awesome human being. And nice Ray Bans! Hope you got to chill by the pool.

We called Omar out of desperation after getting locked out of our apartment on a Sunday evening at 6pm. He came in 15 minutes, and got the job done within 10. He was quick, professional, and everything was stress-​free.
We paid $ 40 for him to come, and $ 40 for the picking. I would highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend this place! I was in a hurry to get my rental rekeyed and Omar came on time and finished it really quickly. His fees are reasonable compared to the last locksmith who rekeyed it last time and charged me three times as much.

I first went to HOME DEPOT just to get a key copy. HD said they couldn’t do it… I spooke to the owner, I guess, Omer?, and he said the guy at HD was wromng that I could go ANYWHERE to get that key made. he DID NOT tell me to come to him, but hat I could go ANYWHERE!
WHO DOES that anymore???
He very easily could have said, YES, I Can help you and made $$ from me, but rather he was old fashioned and just gave me me FREE INFO!

I called to set up an appointment to have all of our locks changed. I spoke with Omer, the owner, and he was very accommodating, courteous, and quick. His prices are very reasonable and he also offers a Unilocal discount. I definitely recommend this company for your Locksmith needs.

AWESOME! Omer, the owner, is a great and fair guy. I needed to have my rental house re-​keyed (16 keys). I called around and received quotes from several locksmiths and they were all around the same price.
I spoke with one creepy guy who gave me very unrealistically low prices and time involved in re-​keying (he actually told me it would take 20/​min. to re-​key 8/​locks!!) I’m sure it would have been a ‘bate-​and-​switch’ situation.
Omer, on the other hand, actually took time to explain some issues that I was unaware. He was on time, ‘normal’ (I felt safe and sure that he would keep my private information private), very thorough and spent more time than he really needed to to ensure the keys all worked well and the locks looked and worked well.
With as many businesses that I have dealt with recently Omer is a breath of fresh air. I will use him exclusively!

I once locked my keys inside of my own home along with my cell phone, so I had no way to find or call a locksmith, and had to bug one of my neighbors to call any locksmith they could find to help me get my door open. Without doing any research, my neighbor and I found a nearby locksmith on Google and he came to help me with my locked-​door situation. The guy who came was really creepy and made me regret not having my pepper spray on me. Also, I didn’t feel like he was very honest– he removed my original lock and did a shoddy job of installing a new one. Despite doing a crappy job, he didn’t hesitate to charge me an extravagant amount, since he knew I was really desperate to get into my home and had no other options outside of him since I didn’t have my phone with me to call anyone else.
Cut to six months later. The shoddy lock the less-​than-​trustworthy locksmith had installed on my door began having issues, and my front door’s bolt got stuck and wouldn’t let me open the door. (Apparently, the lock hadn’t been installed securely, so the parts started faulting out.) However, this time I was locked outside WITH my phone, and so I was able to access Unilocal,which I used to help me find a good locksmith.
America’s Finest Locksmith showed up at the top of my search and had pretty decent reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I’m guessing the business is ran by a young man named Omer, because he’s the person who answered when I called the phone number and is also the same person who came out to my condo unit to help me with my situation. Omer is a very courteous, friendly, and honest person. It only took him about 20 minutes to make it out to my place and was able to diagnose the problem very promptly. He was also able to fix the loose bolt in less than five minutes, and got the lock to work smoother than ever! He did very clean and efficient job. The price he charged was extremely reasonable (it actually surprised me how delightfully fair it was!), and I really felt like he just wanted to help and give his honest opinion of things. I paid him with a check. Overall, I felt that had it been anyone else, they would’ve easily tried to rip me off, and I wouldn’t have felt so inclined to trust their opinion. Also, I didn’t feel unsafe dealing with him, even though I was by myself.
I decided to save this locksmith’s number in my phone and made sure all of my roomies have his number as well, in case any other lock-​related emergencies ever pop up again. I’d definitely recommend America’s Finest Locksmith to anyone looking for a trustworthy locksmith.

For work I had to secure a property and arrange a rekey. I normally have someone I know do it but the lock wasn’t a regular dead bolt and my friend didn’t have the tools for it so I had to arrange for a locksmith to come out to the property. Im glad I browsed Unilocal and I found Omer to do the rekey. I arranged for him to come out the next day and I was free anytime he could make it to the Mira Mesa area so it was easy for us to meet. He was nice and professional. I’ll definitely use him again in the future.

First I lost my main keys at the dog beach.
Then I locked my spare in the car (not used to life without the clicker). It was 11:30pm on a Monday, but Omar answered and had his technician there in 25min. He charged me $ 110 which was steep.
The next day my spare keys fell out of my pocket in my boss’ s car (this makes me sound really dumb) and I assumed they were lost so I called Omar and he found someone who could make a key on the spot for $ 150. He also refunded me $ 20 for the expensive lock-​pick the night before.
Luckily my boss found my keys and I have a copy made at the dealership for only $ 33, *sigh of relief*

I locked myself out of my condo. He arrived within the time we agreed to, and he got me into my place quickly. I appreciated his efficiency.
He only takes checks or cash though, so be sure to have some on hand.

I wanted a new door knob with a lock & I came across this locksmith because they had great reviews on Unilocal.I liked that Omar was able to come within a couple hours but he called me back and said he was available earlier… I was busy at the time so we decided on the next morning. I was a little upset because he was 30mins late & I had a lot of things to do before leaving for a trip to northern CA but I was happy because he replaced my door knob in like 4 minutes which made up for him being late. :D
Another issue I had was that we agreed on a silver color door knob but he called me the day of, saying he didnt have any… he said it’d take him awhile to go get one but I didnt have the time to wait for him any longer so I just settled for the bronze one he had. Grrrr I hate settling! :P
BUT he then offered to come back & replace it with a silver one as he promised. I thought it’d be more of a hassle to have to arrange another appointment so I don’t think I’ll call back because I’m actually happy with the bronze door knob since it’s prettier in person than I expected.

I was having a bad day and getting locked out of my room didn’t make it any better. I called around to see what my options were. Omer was the only locksmith that responded quickly and gave me an estimate over the phone which turned out to be a better deal than any of the competitors. He came within 30 minutes and was able to open my door so that I was able to get to work.
I am a highly satisfied customer that would recommend Omer’s business to anyone who wants FAST AND FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE!!! Thank you!

I, like everyone else, accidentally locked myself out of my own room one day hours before my midterm. All my studying materials were in there and I had to find someone to open my door for me fast.
I immediately went to the computer Google and Unilocaled places around with good ratings. I came across the first one, called and they said it’s going to be around $ 40 bucks. I was like wow that’s cheap but then this guy said he’s near the border of California and Mexico driving back. I was like uh… no. Then i called Omer who told me that it’s usually around 75 so i obviously skipped and wanted to call around for a cheaper place.
Then i came across another one who told me that there’ll be a $ 25 base service fee and then depending on which type of lock they’ll charge me different price. Even though i told them that it was just a regular room lock they still said it can range from $ 19 and up.
Luckily, Omer called me back and told me that since i live so close to his office and he has time he can give me a lower rate. At first i told him that i already called someone else, but once I told him about the range in pricing that place was going to charge me he SAVED ME from paying $ 100 plus.
He came quickly as promised in less than 10 min. Brought his tool box and started picking at it. Once that didn’t work because he said my lock was new, he went and got his drill and drilled my lock for me. He finished his job within 15 min.
I was a very HAPPY college customer. Even though I was only willing to pay the negotiated price i just had to tip him $ 5 for the wonderful job he did. He was truthful and experienced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone i know just because i know he won’t try to fool desperate customers!

I just had some tenants move out of my rental unit, so I needed to get the unit’s four locks re-​keyed. I started leaving messages for locksmiths to get estimates, and Omer of America’s Finest Locksmith called me back right away and said he could either go over immediately or in 30 minutes. I said I would be over there in 30 minutes.
Omer arrived perfectly on time and had a very kind and professional manner. His original estimate over the phone was $ 130, but the final price was $ 120 to re-​key four locks, for two new keys (he said he would have given me more keys, but his key duplicating machine was broken) and to broaden the openings in the strike plates for the deadbolts to make them work properly and close smoothly.
I’m not sure if his prices are the lowest because he came over so fast that I didn’t have time to shop around. He is really great though, is a really nice guy, and I am very happy with the service; I’m sure you will be, too. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.
At this time, Omer only takes cash or personal checks. I had to go and get cash from an ATM to pay him. He said he’s working on getting a cell phone app so he can take credit card payments in the future.

So personable and was great at being able to negotiate a price within my budget for re-​keying my house deadbolts over the phone initially. I made an appointment with him tomorrow so I will be sure to follow up if his work is as great as it seems thus far…
Omer was great. He was late, but called me and let me know. He was quick once he got here and definitely had the most reasonable prices from the all the different companies I had called.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. Desperate measures call for predatory service providers to take advantage of desperate consumers.
Not in this case.
My friend Janice S somehow managed to lock herself out of house AND her car at 10 pm on a cold, tired weeknight. We surveyed our options and decided on a race between option #1 (Janice S’s friend driving from an hour away to bringing AAA and her AAA card with her) vs. option #2 (finding a hopefully trustworthy locksmith). You can probably guess which option won.
Before Janice S’s friend even left her house to come rescue us, America’s Finest Locksmith (I believe his name is Omar?) showed up and was Janice S’s «knight in shining armor» for the evening. For a very reasonable price and in record time, Janice S was back in her car and house.
Definitely recommend America’s Finest Locksmith to anyone who lives in or nearby the UTC area.
