Takes over a week to get tech to fix broken alarm. Not worth having maintenance agreement. Worse customer service than cable companies which is awful.

If I could have given ZERO stars I would have… I have been on the phone for an 96 minutes trying to get an appt to have my security system checked out and serviced for the new buyer of my home. AMAZING, when I called I had NO hold time to add the service to my NEW house, but then being transferred to the tech department for this service and 96 minutes. It was answered after 42 mins, they took my name and address and then put me on hold again!!! I am absolutely canceling my ADT services. This is NOT customer service!

Had a great experience with the Rep (John) that came to my door. He was knowledgeable and not pushy, which was great because I hate pushy sales people. I was even able to get same day installation. There had been a break-​in down the street the day before, so was perfect timing!

Wow, I am extremely Thankful for these guys! Jeremy, in particular. He came to my home and I was a little reluctant to by for him, as the deal seemed too good to be true but he did as he said and walked away without me paying a dime. We recently had a burglary in this area, and my husband and i were a tad bit worried that perhaps, this may happen again. I am no longer worried as i am now a proud owner of a new ADT system. My monthly payments are low and his service was deeply appreciated. Jeremy, is very knowledgeable and I am very appreciative for him. Somebody from here actually came to my door yesterday evening and upgraded my entire security system for free! I thought it was too good to be true. but low and behold. I had my new system installed 20 minutes after he left and I didn’t have to take my wallet out! Best part of the entire ordeal was the sales rep wasn’t pushy in the least bit. And he actually listened and addressed my concerns. I think the sales guy was named Jeremy. Highly recommend these guys!
