Ana’s Registration Service

I’ve been speaking and working on something with Ana for a few weeks… she’s so Helpful!

The woman who are working at Ana’s registration are rude slow and unprofessional. While I was there updating my registration, the lady decided to interrupt me (the costumer) by answering her phone and talking on her cell phone for extended periods of time. The person she was speaking to obviously not another costumer, by the way she was cackling and the tone of her voice. Besides there is a business telephone for those purposes. After paying for my registration and leaving, I never herd back about when my registration was. When I wen’t back to check on it. The same lady tried charging me a additional $ 20.00 on top of the money I already paid from a week and a half before. When I questioned her on why I wasn’t charged earlier she just stated «trust me» «trust me». She could not tell me why!!! The story gets worse and I have had enough time exhausted on this place. I can honestly say I would rather sit at the DMV!

Although not a full-​service DMV, this registration service is super-​convenient. No more standing in long lines line and taking crap from overworked and disgruntled DMV employees. If you need to accomplish a simple vehicle registration, go here. In less than ten minutes you can register your car (or accomplish one of a couple dozen simple, standard DMV tasks like change of address) and be on your way.
They do charge an additional $ 20 for the service, but it is more than worth it to avoid the local DMV. Because they are located at the NEX Autoport and service almost solely military clients, they already have the California state tax exemption forms handy. Instead of the exorbitant registration renewal fee (which for my SUV was going to be just shy of five hundred), I only paid $ 86 (plus the $ 20 fee). AAA can’t even do that for you.
The drawbacks? It will take about a week and a half for your new registration and sticker to come in, so don’t wait until the last minute. Also, they told me that they would call me when my registration was in, but they never did. After two weeks I just went in to check on it, and it was just sitting in their drawer. That was a little annoying. Finally, as far as I know, they only have two locations: one at NAS North Island and one at MCAS Miramar.
