I practically grew up with Dr. Lavin and once he retired I continued coming here! I’ve never had problems with them nor the doctor. They are very helpful, friendly and warm workers at this facility. I hope none of the people under Dr. Rommel won’t quit. Thank you for being so kind to me during these past couple of years.

Very poor knowledge in customer service and failed to provide me with an accurate prescription!

First of all it is no longer Dr Lavin as he was a good optometrist. It is now owned by Dr Rummel. To put it mildly he SUCKS. He does not give a thorough eye exam. I have been complaining for about four years that something is wrong with my eyesight. He told me it was eye strain. Unfortunately I believed him. I went to a real eye doctor and found out I have bad cataracts in both eyes. I guess Rummel didn’t want to get the proper equipment to do the exam. Furthermore, he doesn’t dilate your eyes at all. He shouldn’t even have a license to practice. It should be pulled.

Okay place. The eye doctor seems a little off, but he’s cool. In and out quickly on my first visit and even faster once I went to pick up my lenses.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!
This is the worse optometrist I have ever been too! They did start out wonderful for my family and I… BUT MY LAST TWO ORDERS… Last time I needed glasses they took longer than expected and they ordered the wrong glasses. Really? Then it took an even longer wait for them. Currently I am in need of new glasses, I’ve had headaches from my old ones so bad I can’t wear them. They told us only a few weeks. ITS BEEN A DAMN MONTH. They tell us oh only a week longer. NOPE NOT HERE. Next week we call they tell us oh it’s been on back order. IF YOU TOLD US THAT THEN WE WOULD OF CANCELLED. I’m still waiting on my glasses I’ve waited for a month. A DAMN MONTH OF HEADACHES AND BEING BLIND. IF YOU WANT TO WAIT A MONTH TO GET YOUR GLASSES I SUGGEST YOU GO HERE IF NOT GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is a great optometry practice. They have great quality and tons of awesome frames. They range from GUCCI, DIOR, OAKLEY, RAYBAN, and much more. If you want it, they have it. I was even able to get my 2 year old son a pair of cool Raybans that actually fit his little face

Great optical shop with a helpful, smart, and bi-​lingual staff; everyone is fluent in Spanish. They also have a big selection of frames for every budget. They have all the big name brands and the best budget frames, which are an awesome deal!
I think this is a trustworthy optical shop worthy of anyone’s business. If you’re in the area and need an Optometrist check them out.

i went to this optometry store/doctor’s office and i was extremely pleased with the prompt customer service and wonderful customer care! being a person the suffers from extremely low vision and with limited insurance and they were able to help me acfter having to run around all over town. the frt desk lady provided excellent customer care and was extremely pleasant. i will strongly suggest this place to someone looking for an eye exam and/​or glasses!
