Jordan is our tech at work… We run a small network of about 7 computers, and he takes good care of us when we run into problems. He is always available to come on site right away when we call, and is on top of it. He is honest and thorough, and I trust him with all of our computer needs… Highly recommended.

Jordan rules! I work for a medium sized company and we needed help making the switch from PC to Mac. We were really nervous about the switch but Jordan made it so easy, which was great because it really put us at ease. He helped us all the way through the transition, he set up our network and our accounting software. Bonus –he was able to set up Quickbooks on our Macs and PC so that we could easily work with our accountant who works exclusively on a PC. Jordan stayed and made sure that we were all running smoothly, he didn’t leave us with any loose ends or unanswered questions. He will definitely be our go-​to guy the next time we need any help. He is punctual, friendly, and very easy to talk too. We never felt like he was laughing at us for our lack of tech skills :) Mac or PC — call Jordan! There’s nothing he can’t fix!

Jordan from AppleInkblot is the man. After a major coffee spill on my MacBook pro, I of course did what all panicked people do and that was run straight to the apple store. After close examination of my computer, I was told it would cost $ 1340 to fix it. I then decided to take it in to DC computers in Hillcreast for a second option. They had my computer for 2 days and never even looked at it. When I got there they told me they forgot and spent the next 3 min looking at it and told me the same thing that I told them the apple store told me. Make any sense? I called Jordan and to my surprise, he was at my front door an hour later tools in hand. Needless to say he not only saved my computer but made a friend. He is probably the nicest person I’ve met since moving to SD two years ago. All I can say is «Thank you». So if you have a Mac problem, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Give Jordan a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Jordan was on time and very friendly as he replaced the hard drive on my Macbook Pro. He took extra time to help me with some other issues my computer was having and did it all for less than some other services I had contacted. I will call him first next time, and highly recommend him!

Jordan is great! He not only fixed my very precious Macbook and did above and beyond the repair I asked him to do, but he also recommended some hardware upgrades that he gave me a great deal on. I have to say that I am more than pleased with my computer after he got hold of it. Faster, cleaner, and more reliable.

We contacted Apple Inkblot three weeks ago in regards to two different broken macs… and just never heard back besides an automated, snarky email saying «Feel free to call, it is usually the fastest way to get a hold of someone»
Works in computers FAIL

If you have a Mac, and you have problems… call these guys. They saved my butt when my hard drive crashed on my iMac.
Very knowledgeable and Mac oriented.
Anything Mac, they can fix or help you with.
