Hands down the best AT&T store I’ve been to. They were having some computer issues when I first went in on Wednesday and Matthew told me to come back Friday. So, I go back Friday not expecting to be remembered, and he knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. He helped my through the entire process of deciding which phone I wanted, which plan I wanted, and which case I wanted! He was super sweet and made the process so easy for me. Usually phone stores suck and take forever, but not this one!!! Only AT&T store I plan going to from now on.

Today I got my first iPhone at this shop, after having cell phones from other AT&T locations for many years. Was I ever pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the man, Matthew, who helped me select the phone I would be happy with. I love this phone and am already feeling fairly comfortable with some of the features.
Matthew encouraged me to write down what I have trouble with and bring that paper with me so that I can go back to him and he’ll help me with those things. Great service!
