This place is the best. Marques, the store manager helped me get a new phone since I was eligible for an upgrade. He explained all my options in detail which was very helpful and was super patient with me while I tried to dissect each one to see which was the best fit for me. He wasn’t pushy trying to sell me anything and really felt like he just wanted to help. When I got home, I needed to back up my old phone so I could restore my new phone from the old phone’s backup, and, as I am not very great with that sort of thing, I called the store and he was able to walk me through setting everything up through iTunes. What a guy and what awesome customer service! If you’re wanting to switch to AT&T or are already with them and need something new, highly recommend this spot. 5 stars, thanks Marques!

I am super happy with my experience at this AT&T store! While I wasn’t in and out with the quickness (this was 100% my fault), Darrel really made getting a new phone a very enjoyable experience. He was very patient with my anti-​technology ways and walked me through the steps when needed. Thanks again!

I had just purchased a new iPhone and was having LOTS of problems with uploading/​downloading etc. Ashley was fantastic!!! She spent hours (really!!) synching from old phone to new. She got all old stuff onto new phone. Very upbeat and patient. Ask for Ashley! She knows her stuff!

This place is great! Finally a local AT&T store in Pacific Beach! It’s in a great convenient location, where the blockbuster used to be on Garnet Ave. The staff is friendly & helpful and can help out with not only your wireless services but with cable/​internet and the new home automation/​security AT&T has. They do it all so go check them out!!!
