I carefully researched all of the options for getting Porsche seats re-​built and re-​covered. Almost everyone agreed that Autobahn Interiors was one of the best choices. Then I met Tony at a swap meet and got to see some of his company’s work first hand. These guys are true craftsmen — carefully choosing materials to get as close as possible to original finishes and doing superior quality work.
I’m thrilled with the work they did on my seats and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for the best (pricing is fair as well for this great work).

Great service. I had a small tear in my leather upholstery and emailed Autobahn Interiors asking if I could drop the car in. I promptly received a call from Tony and he asked me to bring it in so they could stitch it while I waited.
I brought the car over and one of the craftsmen stitched it in about 30 minutes and did a fantastic job. this is not normally what they do — their focus is on full interior restorations. However they did this just to help me out, which was very much appreciated.
If you have a luxury or exotic car, I’d recommend you bring it to Autobahn Interiors as they know what they are doing and provide excellent service.

Steer clear of Tony and this shop if you value truth, integrity and quality workmanship. I’m posting this review now (June 2014) after dealing with Tony for the last 6 – 8 months regarding some poor quality work (he’s admitted as much) performed by his shop.
Let me state before I continue that I’m a business professional who deals with customers (large and small) every day and I am acutely aware of exactly what is involved in delivering exceptional «customer experiences» and further ensuring that my clients are thoroughly satisfied with the products and services they’ve purchased through my companies.
After being referred here by my Porsche mechanic (I own two classics), I brought in the driver’s seat from one of my other vehicles (a Nissan Z) as it needed a few leather panels replaced. Tony quoted me a price of $ 550 for his labor and material costs. A bit steep for the moderate amount of work but I decided to move forward with Tony’s assurance that the quality of the new leather and craftsmanship of the repair would be equal to or greater than the OEM product.
Picked up my seat approximately 7 – 10 days later and while the quality of the leather and stitching looked to be superb, the quality of the seat reassembly was not. Pieces were missing and/​or re-​installed incorrectly. Showed/​shared this with Tony who was apologetic but in a dismissive sort of way.
Knowing that his technicians didn’t /​wouldn’t know how to put the seat back together correctly, I took the seat home and purchased the missing pieces myself and installed those and then correctly re-​installed the other pieces.
Enjoyed the seat for all of thirty days when the leather began to crack in the very panels that had just been replaced. Returned to Autobahn Interiors to show Tony the panels and after some initial head scratching and «I’m not sure why the leather is doing that» comments, he agreed to re-​replace the panels. Was very surprised by the «not sure» comment considering his supposed expertise in auto upholstery.
He advised that he was very busy at that moment and asked if I could return in several weeks when his workload was not so burdensome. I agreed and did check back several weeks later but his workload was the same and we agreed that I would check back in another month or so. A couple of months became a few more than that but I finally did get the seat back to Tony in April 2014 and he agreed to have the seat ready for me by the end of May.
After not receiving any responses to e-​mails sent at the end of May, I called the shop on Monday, June 2^nd and learned from Tony (dodging and weaving the entire time) that the seat was just starting to be worked on but would be ready on Tuesday, June 3^rd.
Arrived to pick up the seat on Wednesday, June 4^th and… one panel hadn’t been replaced and the others seemed to have simply been sprayed over with some type of leather dye. The texture of the panels was like heavy grit sandpaper. Tony wasn’t present at the time so I left the seat and said I’d call back on Thursday, June 6^th.
Spoke with Tony on Thursday and shared with him my concerns. More dodging and weaving and his stating that he doesn’t guarantee the materials he uses (leathers or dyes) and that the seat was repaired to the best of his shop’s abilities.
I decided to cut my losses and drove to his shop and grabbed my seat. It cost me $ 550 to be reminded that you can’t win when you’re dealing with an idiot. They simply don’t have the capacity to connect the dots (i.e. exceptional customer services keeps ‘em coming back).
On Friday, I took the seat to another highly-​rated facility. Their conclusion? Crappy old leather (not quality new leather as promised by Tony) and an even crappier application of leather dye.
So Tony is apparently an idiot AND a liar.

Tony and crew did the headliner and door panels for my BMW 2002. They mainly do Porsche interiors but can be trusted for handling other makes and models. Great work.
