I offer Ayurvedic Consultations/​Assesments and Ayurvedic Body Therapies. Including: Pancha Karma therapies,

(Abhyanga Massage — (the traditional Ayurvedic massage), Shirodhara, Nasya, & Bastis.) Also offering Ayurvedic cooking classes/​or private. Aromatherapy, color therapy, Ayurvedic food programs, herbal formulas (ghees, churna, capsules, medicated oils, massage oils, aromatherapy oils and spritzers — using all organic herbs, oils and spices.)

History

Established in 2013.

Ayurveda San Diego founded by Jessica Skandunas, is a culmination of 20 years of Iyengar Yoga and Ayurvedic practices. She studied in India several times with the Iyengar family and Dr. Lad. Having been inspired by these two incredible sister sciences, she wanted to dive deeper into the knowledge Ayurveda. She attended the California College of Ayurveda 3 year program for Ayurvedic Health Practitioner certificate.

She offers traditional Ayurvedic consultations and therapies.
