History

Established in 2002.

Our firm was founded in 2002 by Michelle Baker. Over the last ten years, Ms. Baker has led the firm to successfully represent individuals and companies in business litigation and employment law matters such as: wrongful termination, unpaid overtime, labor board claims, disability discrimination, and breach of contract, amongst others. In 2007, Michael Cunningham joined the firm and made an immediate impact by growing the firm’s plaintiff side employment practice to the largest practice area within the firm. In 2012, Michael Cunningham was named as a partner in the firm, which was re-named «Baker & Cunningham, LLP.» Despite the name change, the firm continues to provide the same aggressive representation to employees who are victims of wrongful termination and unpaid overtime in the workplace throughout California.
