Established in 1995.
I grew up in Brooklyn, New York and worked in a family business. My father taught me how to succeed in a small business. Work hard, be fair and smile. My father believed that «People want to do business with nice people». In 1995, after working for a number of years for San Diego CPA firms I decided to start my own small tax business. I still follow my father’s advice — work hard, be fair, be nice and smile.

I devoted my life to being the best CPA — Tax Adviser I can be and to help small businesses legally minimize their taxes. I really enjoy what I do. Happiness to me is — helping a business become successful.
