Lived here for 9 months with our lab. It was nice to find a place in a decent area that took dogs over 35 lbs. Everything went ok until we moved out. They charged us for EVERYTHING. New carpet (yes after 9 months) repainted the walls, and even cleaning the cobwebs in the outside storage. We lost almost our entire deposit. The managment was not on our side about anything. Great part of town, nice amenities (except the beat down laundry machines) but glad I don’t have to live there anymore.

My boyfriend and I really enjoy living in Bay Ridge Apartments. The management is great, we had a problem with our dishwasher and the repair man showed up within 5 minuets! We love the space and the fact that the complex is gated. People pick up after their dogs and the street is quiet. The only complaint I have is that voice sometimes echo through the complex but it is not very bothersome most of the time. Street parking can be tight but you get an assigned space. Overall a great place to live!

Bay Ridge was my home for 4 yrs. Awesome pool. Very quiet. Good Parking. I would move back in a minute no problem. Great management!

We have lived here for approx. 2 years. We really like it. You’re close to everything. Management is very helpful, if anything needs attention they are very quick to fix any problem.
The only down side is there is no jacuzzi and there isnt very much street parking. You do get 1 assigned spot, but we have 2 cars.
Overall, we really like it here!
