Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience today at this «four-​star» business. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service. They didn’t remove the mere ketchup stains that I paid $ 21 dollars for them to do on my one t-​shirt and shorts, but rather ruined the clothing items completely! The frugal Asian employees would not compensate me for the damages and still forced me to pay for them damaging my clothes. Please, do yourself a favor and don’t come to this lousy dry cleaners ever again.

Really great services! Very organized with a detailed receipt. Got my pants hemmed amazing job! Got a dress altered came out perfect! Definetly bring your clothes here. GREAT experience! Low prices!!!

I had the dress for my sister’s wedding altered here. When I dropped off the dress I asked her to give me an approximate price. «$ 20…maybe a little more.» I said «oh, not $ 40 though?» and she said «no no no! Way less.» Guess what? The alterations cost $ 50 and were shoddily done with a frayed bottom. I cannot believe how awful the whole experience was. Do NOT get your clothes altered here!!!

This place is expensive! Everything was clean, but due to the price I probably won’t go back. Cleaning a Queen comforter was $ 30 (maybe that’s standard??), but a 3 piece suit was $ 18. Seems like a lot.

It cost me $ 48 to dry clean 8 items. I could not believe it.
I told the woman i forgot my coupon at home and she said they would not have accepted coupon anyway b/​c you have to present the coupon when you FIRST drop off the clothes. WHAT!!! She said it’s b/​c when you drop off clothes, they give you print out receipt of items you dropped off and the charge. I looked at my original rcpt that i had when i dropped of the clothes and there were NO prices on it.
I understand if a customer doesn’t have a coupon on hand to honor it. But I would have driven home to get the coupon and get some sort of discount on the $ 48 bill.
To top it off, one of my dressy shirts was damaged and 2 of the sweaters still had stains that weren’t removed :(

I have never been too lucky with my dry cleaning, but Beasley Cleaners have not disappointed me so far. They seem really efficient and organized: all clothes is recorded in the computer system, and the slip is neat and detailed. I don’t give them 5 stars only accounting for possible future slip-​ups. :)

Friendly staff and totally independent, and everything is in computerized so they don’t miss any of my clothes. I don’t have any problems with in 3 years. I love this place.
