Best Buy Mobile

Went during a busier time near the holidays in December and was treated excellent. They had tons of deals that saved us a lot of money and even though it was crowded me and my wife never felt rushed. Kelly and Cayla were the sales consultants that specifically assisted us and did an outstanding job. We definitely recommend going here for every future phone purchase or upgrade.

Went to Carmel mountain big bestbuy to be told that I wouldn’t be able to get a note 5 (gold) anywhere. Only to find out online that bestbuy mobile mission valley had plenty of gold note 5. They had amazing customer service our associates Samantha and Angelina did an amazing job at explaining our contract. They gave us amazing deals on all our accessories and even helped us transfer all our info to the new phone. Forever coming back to this store to get all my phones, definitely the best!

Love this place friendly ppl & they fixed my camera & flashlight on my ZTE ZMax phone without having to do a clean reboot like I was told to do… thank you guys

Got a new phone here last weekend. Matt helped me and he was awesome! He explained everything about the new phone in terms I could understand, including the goofy lease arrangement most mobile phone companies are switching to. He was very patient, but got things done efficiently and was kind and pleasant the whole time I was there. The other staff were also cheerful and seemed to know what they were doing.

They made our Christmas happen! I was able to get my girls the iPhone’s they wanted with no hassle, and with an amazing promotion!!! Kelly took amazing care of me. She explained my bill and managed to save me so much in the long run! I walked out with two brand new phones, a blue tooth speaker, and all the accessories I needed. No waiting in long lines at sprint for this gal! Best Buy mobile you guys rock!

I have always had such a great experience at this particular Best Buy (mobile). Rob is very friendly, patient and helpful. He always tries to find us the best deal! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for good people to take care of your mobile needs. Two thumbs up for sure!

You wouldn’t think a big chain store would give great personal service but this store does! Kelly was very friendly and super helpful. She answered all my questions and was very patient when we ran into some problems activating my phone (none of which were Best Buy’s fault).
I’m very picky about where I shop and am not easy to please. Right now I am a very happy customer and will definitely come back to this store. If you’re shopping for a new phone or a new plan do yourself a favor and come here first.

I went in to this location to upgrade my phone. I was extremely pleased with Matthew who greeted me with strong knowledge of what I was looking for and appropriate for my plan. He handed me off to Angelina who was kind, knowledgeable and friendly! Irene was helping another couple but she and the other couple all kind of joined us in conversation and my phone upgrade needs were made with a smile! Robert came in and supported with all and my whole experience was awesome and I will recommended this location to anyone who asks!

Awesome experience at this location with one of the sales consultant name Kelly. Best Buy should make a training module based on her performance. Kelly is an outstanding representative of Best Buy and displays a positive contribution to her staff. If Best Buy wants to make a strategic move to increase revenue and minimize errors they should place her in a position where she can influence others to follow her lead. Thank you again Kelly!!! OMG I just walked in here 30 min ago and I’m walking out with a brand new iPhone 6 and case and it only ended up costing a lil over a dollar!!! They are the best here and their customer service is AWESOME!!! Bob is the GM here and will really look out for you

So in mid April I purchased a case for my new iPhone 6 plus ($ 99). Within 60 days the little tiny door that covers the charging port wouldn’t close properly (thus no longer waterproof). Doh!
So being a freq. best buy customer and business rewards client over the last 18 years… I drove over in between patients and politely asked for a simple exchange for the exact same case.
To my surprise the young sales associate would not exchange my case! I was shocked and appalled (it was less than 60 days ago???). I know for a fact the case would be replaced as they have a fantastic year warrantee…
Why this employee was foolish enough to loose a customer over an exchange of cell phone case is besides me… And they had multiple in stock on the shelf???
*Well chalk another one up to: «I’m mediocre, and the rest of the world is incompetent… ARGH #@$%#@$%» My favorite saying told to me by my mentor and Neurologist friend James Haas MD.

Their employee Elenita provided the best customer service and beyond! Had a couple of problems opening the phone line through sprint but she was there to help every step of the way until I got my phone. I recommend getting help from her

Came back today and was helped by Matt. I wanted to get a new iPhone and donate my iPhone 5s to my mom. He helped me back up the old phone because it has not been backed up because the cloud kept saying not enough storage. It was pretty quick process and he even honored my expired coupon that helped me save a little bit on my case. Thanks again for helping me.

I visited the store yesterday and was really impressed with the guys who assisted me. They were so patient when sorting through all of the details involved with switching mobile carriers, and made me feel totally confident that I made the right decision (s).
I’ll definitely recommend them to friends, and will be back again soon for their help finding the right cable/​internet providers.

Morons and liars.
I’m done and finished with Best Buy. After the experience I just had at Best Buy, they will *never* get another dime from me. I’m paying off my credit card this month, closing the account and shredding it. All because they are liars.
Bought a phone there and upped my contract with Verizon several years ago. Sales person talks me into buying the insurance for my phone with best buy. I also paid the entire insurance amount to get a discount. Bottom line, if something was wrong with my phone or it broke or whatever and as long as I didn’t jump in the ocean with it, I’d have it replaced no problems. If they didn’t have an equal phone available, they’d order it and give me loaner so I’m not stranded. All with no fee. Are you kidding? This is awesome!
Fast forward to this week. Phone dies and it’s not a battery issue either, Samsung S series. I walk into Geek Squad thinking I’ll take care of biz and walk out with a temporary one at the very least. Nope. Informed immediately with a shrug that they don’t take phone issues any more in store at Geek Squad. They changed the policy because they were getting choked with claims. So changed so they could work on PC’s only and other hardware. I ask about the loaner, no go. I have to log online and file a claim. And there are only two options: expedited shipping cost to get a replacement in 4 days. Or I could go standard and the turn around is at least 21 – 35 days. He was actually laughing at the second suggestion.
I try to log on, get booted off their portal and have to call. Associate was nice enough, but tells me they need a credit card to put a hold on it until they get the old phone back. Her exact words– «They hold your credit card hostage essentially.» What the hell does that mean???
Best Buy, you SUCK. You’ve lost a customer for good. I’ve bought TV’s, Laptops, countless blurays, video games, cameras and other hardware there. No longer.
If you buy a phone there or sign up for service, just be aware with whatever warranty you sign up for, can change on a dime and when you need it. Oh, by the way, the 4 days that the associate in the store told me, is actually a FULL WEEK per the rep on the phone.
Adiós Best Buy, you suckity suck suck with sucksasational suckitude to a suckful level of suck that has not been sucking seen before.

Best service ever! Rob (GM) was extremely professional, educated, and delivered high quality service. When we couldn’t make things happen on our end he went above and beyond to make it right! I have never received better customer service and support. If you are looking to get a new phone, tablet, or accessories visit this store. With the service my wife and I received I am sure Rob will move forward within his organization rather quickly.
Prices are competitive and the quality of the products are excellent.
Don’t shop any other provider go straight to this store for Verizon and At&t products. NEVER GO TO SPRINT FOR ANYTHING!

Hello,
I stopped in for the smartphone trade in program to upgrade to galaxy 5 from nexus 5. This phone is awesome and at the time Elenita the store manager hooked up a galaxy 4 tab WiFi under a 100 $ and worked with my on my data plan. When I came back Saturday to pick up the tablet it was sold out. Instead of turning me away and saying «sorry» she was able to make it happen by having it order and I’ll have my tablet within 3 days. Great customer service.
