*Parking is tricky, take your time & pay attention, or you will be looking to save on your auto insurance in less than 15 minutes online! Craft beer sales are always on, and IPAS are my picks for great craft beers. Trolly Barn, Firestone and Stone are in my top 5. *Sadly, ever since Stone chose to end its 6 pack IPA Rumination and make a 4 pack the same prices a few years back is my only major complaint, but do look for Stone’s Green Tea IPA every Spring, buy a case or 2, because it is a seasonal item very worth the money. This is my reference guide too when seeing what is not only being said, but what the beers I choose are all about and, I like the fact that if I print this out, It’s a handy guide as change is constant for these craft beers & opinions from pros. Also, Steve(one of the lead Sales Associates & Manager of the Wine & Beer section) has gotten me to imbibing from some great libatious selections. Hell, he’ the one who turned me on to Tito’s Vodka over 10 years ago, and I have never looked back at any other! Wines & other libations(the 5 Cent wine sales are Bomb!) are a plenty, best Pinot selection at this location makes getting my fix when I’m Pinot focused easy, and look too for the tequila sales, Casadores Resposado(either the Goat or the Deer, Chamayo in its pretty Cobalt Blue bottle & Herradura are there at great prices. Mixers, even specialty snacks including caviar are on hand too. Mini bottles are great for travel, or the occasional, «I’ll need this before spending time with relatives or people that are capable of working my last weave!» And, the price on these too are variably good & cost effective. MY BevMo card truly delivers with the points, and I have saved over 25% on occasion per purchase too depending on my purchase history, in my case which is often. Not all BevMo stores are the same(the Long Beach location is smaller, but I like it better), but one thing is for sure, if I don’t want to drive to the nearest Beverages, Wine & More, this is a great stop for libations & nearby, along with many other businesses here that I patronize, I am a fan. Yet, with Stone getting stingier, and often too THIS BevMo is out of stock many times more than not, so I cannot give them 5 Stars, because they are NOT as good as it gets in that department-but 5 Star worthy soon if this improves. Let’s hope my feedback on the surveys for a chance at a gift card, my emails to cooperate and, my feed back to Steve will bring them around to be more [Supply & Demand] oriented. I know BevMo can do it, and with the seasonal Spring & Summer Craft beers on their way, and the sales etc., I just know:

I really love BevMo. The staff are so knowledgeable about their products, and they have quite a nice selection of most things tasty. Prices are cheaper than you’ll find just about anywhere else with membership. The location of this store is so convenient– I can get my grocery shopping done at Trader Joe’s and random Target shopping done all in one trip. The one thing I feel they are missing is a better shochu selection, but they do have a few. Keep on keeping on, guys! Thanks for all the wonderful treats!

In addition to the 5 cent«plus one» sale, BevMo has a great selection of hard alcohol, craft and imported beer,(and near beer), as well as wine. Also, it has an interesting selection of airplane sized bottles of booze, cool beverage condiments, fancy food snacks, glassware, and gadgets. Really, everything you can think of, including gift cards!

Love this new BevMo! It’s much more spacious than the other(older) BevMo in Mission Valley. The aisles are larger and organized, and the service is great and friendly. A big plus is that you don’t have to deal with the crappy and chaotic parking lot of the other BevMo. You can stop and pick up some beer and wine, and then get your grocery shopping done at Ralph’s. It’s the perfect place to get your weekend(booze and food) shopping done.

excellent service-i just went most recently for NYE and a gentleman(i think named greg?) helped me out a great deal with finding a selection of champagne that was both affordable but that would work for a full party they have an excellent selection and although the parking lot is sometimes hard to find good spots, it is pretty conveniently located

I love Bev Mo’s they are the budding alcoholics dream. And we in San Diego are blessed to have about 7 of them dotted all over the place. This one is in Mission Valley and is on the smaller side when it comes to Bev Mo’s but it is well stocked. The people here are really nice, friendly and know their stuff as well. My wife loves to go here… loves her wine, and beer. But for me I get all the other stuff… sake, and a whole wall of soda and my new favorite real ginger ale. Careful parking is tight as it does share it with the Coffee Bean and also Borders and all the other big box stores in the mall. But if you find a space you are lucky, make sure your car is a nice little compact. That way you will be left un-dinged from all the other people there.
