I had an agent that was working for me at the time. She just wasn’t giving me what I needed. A friend recommended Bo to me and I’m thankful that he did.
Bo is caring, knowledgeable and very professional. I knew I would be taken care of. From the beginning I told him what I want and what my dislikes were. He offered just the right amount of assistance, ideas and advice. He was never pushy or overwhelming. He always gave me honest opinions and advice, even though at times it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, which is what I need. I appreciate how he set aside his Saturday’s to show me properties since it is the only day of the week that I can work with. We put in a lot of offers and finally I get the house that I didn’t know I’ve always wanted. This house is perfect and I am absolutely thankful Bo helped me with the process. My work is very busy and he understood just that. Communication is also important for me which he is amazing with. I would send him listings and he would tell me if its a go or a no go and his thoughts and advice were. When I got my house, the appraised value was lower than the purchase price so it would have been back to square one. But Bo was able to get them to lower the selling price as the appraised value and keep the credits toward my closing cost and the repairs. Bo is AMAZING. He will forever be who I refer to my friends and family. You will be in good hands if you have him as your agent.
