I had an excellent time speaking to Bob about life insurance. He gave me a ton of useful information, well beyond what I was expecting. He was a pleasure to speak with and was honest about everything up front. He appears to be a sincere, caring man who absolutely loves what he does. I’ve used these folks for about 20 years. I doubt I have ever met Bob, but i can tell you his office staff is top notch. They are friendly, efficient and helpful. Any time we have had to cash in (burglary, damage, whatever) they make the process as simple as possible. I havent shopped their rates so I cant speak to that, but with the service we get I feel secure knowing should something go wrong we are taken care of.
