Rad is a nice guy, knowledgeable, and committed to doing a great job. He makes himself available for clients even pretty late in the evening — I think because he’s not an employee; it’s his business. His availability is great for busy people like us.

After making many calls to appliance service companies, finding BR online was a blessing. The person who came out to check my washer was «Rad» and he was kind, professional, responded to calls in a timely fashion and was prompt. He was all that goes along with a company that makes it stand out. All happy customer reviews on Unilocal got it right. I, too, give BR Appliance Service with Rad’s customer service 5 stars.

Great service. Came out in an emergency on a Sunday and at night a second time. Nice guy, as well. His rates are fair and work excellent. You won’t go wrong. Independent, so no padding for the bosses and crazy overhead justification bigger appliance repair services charge. I recommend him with gusto.
