Brew Amigo Tours

We got the vouchers through Amazon Local without reading reviews first. They were hard to get a hold of when we wanted to book the tour, and of course impossible to reach when we read about what a ripoff their operation was (we assumed beer would be included in a beer tour too, go figure) and we wanted a refund. Thankfully, Amazon refunded the price immediately.

I bought two of their vouchers as a gift for my husband for Father’s Day, looks like I need to find a replacement gift! I tried e-​mailing and calling for the past week to see if they were available this past Saturday and never got a single response back. I tried booking online and it said my voucher codes weren’t valid. After reading the other reviews on here I’m assuming they’ve either gone out of business or are trying to. Anyway, Amazon Local quickly refunded my money no questions asked so I’m glad for that! Don’t buy these vouchers!

I bought a voucher through groupon the first week of August. I tryed to use there website and will not except the voucher so I then called everyday for over a week befor I got someone to answer he then said he was busy and couldn’t help me and asked me to email the link on there website. Next I emailed them explaining I was trying to go on a tour and already had a voucher no replay back. A few days later I called back until someone answered he said they don’t allow anyone with vouchers to book a tour unipolar there is enough full paying customers already going and that I had to call back closer to the day I wanted to tour that was the secound week in August since then I have not got them to answer I even have left a message asking if they could me back. Don’t waste your money with them.

We received a voucher for two as a birthday gift. Not only does the link it says to sign up with no longer work, but the new link says my voucher code is incorrect. I have tried calling and email several times over the last 4 weeks. No one calls or emails me back!
When I try to book on the calendar, it says I have to create a user but then says they’ve reached their max so it doesn’t allow me.
This is bad. We had a half dozen other friends that wanted to do this with us, so they are losing $ by not letting us book our tour.

Awesome tour! Really cool breweries and nice transportation. Overall great experience ! Definitely will recommend to friends.

I finally went on my first actual brewery tour of San Diego. I gotta say it was awesome. Everyone was cool and a lot of fun. The driver was cool and informative. I definitely plan to go again. Sure beats drinking and driving in San Diego.

Buyer Beware! I purchased ticket through amazon local deal. NOWHERE on the ‘deal’ did it say you are paying only for transportation. We weren’t told we had to buy ALL beer tastings until we got to the first brewery. Nobody else on that tour knew either. It was a horrible experience. Everyone was angry– including the driver. I got this as a gift and told the person who purchased it what happened. She read through everything and also concluded that the whole thing was misleading. The exact verbiage used to sell the tour was «One Admission to My Amigo Brewery Tour with Transportation». Using the word ‘With’ makes one assume transportation is in addition to said Tour. Lies, all lies. Sounds good on paper, but it turned out to be a downer.
