Brian O’Neill

To start I had always heard horror stories about how much of a pain it was to buy a house. Constantly looking, falling in love with a house, makin an offer, getting turned down, then starting the process all over again. So to say the least I wasn’t looking forward to all of this especially since I work an easy 70−80hrs a week and I’m always out of town. That being said I couldn’t have been more impressed with how quickly I was in escrow with a house that I was absolutely in love with. Brian did all of my leg work for me. I told him what I’m looking for and the price that I can work with. From there he weeded out the bad areas, didn’t waste time sending me a list of a 100 houses with only a handful I like. Once I found one I liked he was able to work with my busy schedule to get me in to see the house. After the walk through I was hooked! And no matter how much I knew I shouldn’t get my hopes up I still couldn’t help it, but he worked his magic to make friends with the current owner and agent and they chose me over a higher offer. Needless to say from beginning to end I never had to go though all the disappointment people always talk about. I was even able to sign most off the paperwork via my cell phone which really made everything quick and easy!!! I couldn’t recommend Brian enough, not even one negative thing to say about the whole experience.

I found Brian through a referral, and was excited he works for Berkshire Hathaway. Brian came across very experienced in real estate matters and has a great understanding of the type of property I am looking for. I find him to be an excellent negotiator and has no problem advising me to wait for the right deal to come along. He was very thorough in showing properties within my price range. Brian is extermely punctual and excellent in follow through with everything he says. It was a pleasure to be connected with Brian and I definitely look forward to working with him again.
