After our previous lender mishandled our loan and almost lost us the deal, our realtor recommended Brian. Brian’s team stepped up and assessed our situation in record time, collected all necessary documents and provided us with clear, insightful options in just a couple of days.

As first time homebuyers, we naturally had a lot of questions and she was continually responsive and courteous throughout the process.

Brian and his team was very professional, attentive, and got the deal done in record time. They put forth a lot of effort in little details even after the closing was long gone. We talked about my favorite restaurant during our initial meeting and a couple of months after closing I received a gift certificate to the restaurant. Overall, great to work with. Nicole was super awesome. Highly recommend. I has a VA loan and they did a phenomenal job.

I cannot begin to write how awesome this team really is. I have been with them for about 1 year. I honestly pride myself in honest companies and people and this is one of them. I first refinanced with them last year in Sept 14′ to get some money out of my property and pay off my bills. I wanted to refinance again to get my interest down earlier this year and was told by Guild that it was not worth it to me to do so at that time. (seriously what company does that looking out for the interest of me and not just themselves.) I have now refinanced again bringing my interest down from 5 to a 4.25. I am so thankful to everyone on the Sciutto team that made this happen.

I don’t want to sound like I’m giving this more props than what it deserves but I just don’t have enough to say about Brian and his team. 5 stars isn’t enough. I’m a first time home buyer and not «all in the mix» about the home purchasing game. From the first telephone call to Brian and all the way up to closing, Brian and his team walked me through every little step. No question was unanswered and not once did I feel intimidated calling or emailing the team. They answered all my questions and kept me informed of EVERYTHING. I’m sure I called them multiple times asking the same question but they never had any problems clarifying something for me and/​or talking me through the process I heard of all the horror stories about home buying and I can say this was the easiest big transaction I have ever done. The team (Christy) gave me heads up on what paperwork they needed and any clarification (if any) was needed. Through the entire process everything was completely smooth and closed on the day that they told me. I couldn’t be happier with Brian and his team, I cant remember everyone that helped me with the process but they were all OUTSTANDING. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ill be referring them to any of my family and friends who are in the hunt for a home purchase.

My husband and I where referred over to Guild Mortgage by our real estate agent. While attempting to be approved for a FHA loan, Brian and his team where always available to answer any questions we might have had. One of the best memories I’ll have from working with Guild (Brian in particular) is this: My husband and I met with Brian while I was about 6 months pregnant with our first child — Brian made it so clear that purchasing a home IS something that we could accomplish. He broke down how much we were paying renting vs. if we were to buy. He instilled in us that we were capable of affording a home and that in itself gave us the confidence we needed to really start looking.
Since then, we have our FHA loan thru Guild, we’ve purchased a home and have re-​financed to lower our mortgage payment. If any of you have the pleasure of working with Guild Mortgage — Brian and team (especially Christy) are AMAZING.

My experience working with Brian and Team (Nichole! Christy!) was red carpet all the way. These guys go to extra mile and they’re so innovative. They sent video messages and spent one on one time with me. Brian met with me personally and we crunched and compared numbers. It was an amazing experience. Again, red carpet baby!
