I’m so very pleased with the amazing service I received from this place. Phillip was incredible from start to finish.
He has a great smile and energy which made me feel better about having to pay for this hit and run.
I parked my car on the street because I have a for sale sign on it, and someone hit and run.
I had just got it out of the shop a month ago for the same thing.
Last time it costed $ 1000 to fix it so my thinking I knew how much this was going to cost, I cried.
One of my friends recommended this place.
I was so pleased with not only the work and the short time it took, but the cost.
I paid $ 350 plus it was in the shop for only 1 day.

These guys are great! Started out with a Groupon for a crazy inexpensive window chip repair. Chad got to work on the chip and did a great job! Everybody there was very friendly and effecient.
If you have a chipped windshield and have 45 mins to an hour to spare… this is the place to go!

So happy I found this place! I had a chipped windshield (the 2nd in 4 months!) and my insurance company didn’t cover repairs. I called the company they recommended, and they told me the whole windshield would have to be replaced for $ 250. I found Bumper Doc on Groupon, and went by to see what they could do. They were able to repair the chip in under 30 minutes for the Groupon price of $ 19!!! Courteous, professional, no price gouging. I will definitely go back, just hopefully not too soon.

I was extremely happy and impressed with their costumer service and knowledge about their field. My bumper needed to be fixed. This was my first time ever dealing with insurance and they were able to walk me through it step by step and on top of that fixed my car as if nothing ever happened to it. Amazing job!
I brought in my 2013 g37 sedan with a large dent on the front bumper. Brandon assisted me and gave me every possible solution and the prices for each. I decided to have them repair the bumper their way but when I returned the next day, I noticed a crack in the fog light mesh that was not repairable.
No problem, brandon tells me that he can order a new aftermarket bumper for me and have it painted in a day. I was initially concerned about the fitment of the bumper because it is not OEM. The bumper fit perfectly and it looked great after the job was done.
Througout the whole process, Brandon was never impatient with me and my MANY questions concerning the car. He took care of it like his own when I left the car at the shop and was returned to me in even better condition.
I wrote this review a few weeks after to see if there would be any problems with the vehicle but everything is perfectly fine. Thanks Bumper Doc.

I had a small chip on my windshield and needed to be repaired asap before it got worse. No appointment was needed and I waited for about 20 – 30 minutes for my car’s windshield to be repaired. The repair wasn’t perfect but it was close enough. Fast and friendly service and I highly recommend Bumper Doc to have your windshield repaired.

Took my car in on a Saturday to get a chip repaired on my windshield. I didn’t have an appointment but they had me in and out within 30 minutes. Great customer service and the job was completed on time and as promised.

Brandon helped me with my 2014 Prius rear bumper dent from a low impact collision. I opted for low cost option of dent removal not including paint and warranty on the paint. Procedure was a Low cost fraction of the cost of a dealership repair job or replacement bumper. Technique is called paintless dent removal not evasive and Brandon had me out in 1 – 2 hours as quoted. I would bring my car here again although I did not have extensive work done so I can not comment on other services they provide.

Top notch customer service and the quality of work was excellent. I will definitely come back if I need their services in the future. The staff was so nice and personable. I highly recommend using them for window tinting and repairs. As you will see I rarely write a review but felt compelled to do so because of my wonderful experience. Not impressed at all. They must not want business. I tried for almost two weeks to get an estimate from them and they just kept blowing me off. When I tried to call to check the status they said they would have someone call me back. Nobody ever called back even after I told them it was going to be my last attempt to get the estimate.

Everyone there is awesome! So nice, fast about getting back to you on quotes and questions and very reasonable on prices! They did an awesome job on placing my decal onto my rear window of my car! Very fast and neatly done!
They have also been great with tinting my dad’s cars. (He’s a returning customer and referred Bumber Doc to me for the decal placing service.). I will definitely be going back to them for future services!

Can’t tell you how impressed I am with this place. Second time I’ve been here with two different BMW X3s. The price they quoted me on both jobs was about 1⁄8th of what my local body shop place wanted to charge me. Most importantly, they followed through and did quality work and then charged me less than the quoted price! Super nice guys who work there/​own the place. Happy customer and I will be back.

If I could I’d give this place 100 stars!
This place was recommended to me by a friend for my cracked front windshield. Had my insurance set everything up and all I needed to do was make an appointment. It only took about an hour to get the old window out and the new window in! I also had them take off my tint at the same time because I had a fix it ticket. I ran down the street to get my ticket signed off and came back to get the tint back on and I was out before lunch!!! They have free coffee and the football game on! I think this is my new morning hang out; cheaper than Starbucks and they got the game on! And the guys here are so great! Brandon and Phillipe are hands down the best guys I’ve ever had to deal with when it comes to cars! They’re professional and personable all wrapped up into a nice tasty tortilla! Definitely will be back to get all my touch-​ups and any other work I might need done that they can take care of! Thank you guys!!!

I was hesitant to take my late model Mercedes to a bumper repair place after I hit some debris on the freeway. I spoke with Brandon about my concerns and what I wanted to have done on the car. We agreed on a price and they agreed to take car of my front bumper, side skirts, install an aftermarket front lip and repair a damaged wheel. The wheels were custom powder coated and the front lip is made out of carbon fiber so I really wasn’t holding out much hope that they would be able to match the color or properly install the lip.
I called earlier today to see how late they were open. I wasn’t going to be able to make it until shortly after closing time and they offered to stick around an extra hour after closing to accommodate me. I came earlier than I told them I would and checked out the car prior to going inside. It’s like nothing ever happened! I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the work that was done. I can’t tell which spokes on the wheel were damaged, you can’t see where the fixes on the bumper or skits were and the front lip was installed perfectly. These guys are wizards. I’m really impressed with the work and the fact it only took a day and a half to complete. I would definitely come back to Bumper Doc in the future.

Six stars is what this business deserves in my opinion. Their customer service was excellent and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Even though they ran into some unexpected things with my Jag bumper, they did a fantastic job and honored the original quote. They were concerned about doing a great job on my bumper and that is exactly what they did. There were no attempts to sell me other services which is something you don’t see that often… I can’t even get a haircut without a sales pitch these days.
Excellent work… I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork.

I had 2 windshield chips, both repairs were done nicely at first, but overtime one became more obvious again…
Also had to come twice because the first time apparantly the technician that repairs windshields had left for the day, i was told over the phone it would take around 45 minutes but when i was first in the next morning i was there for 2 hours which i personally didnt mind that day because i luckily had nowhere to be. Everyone was very nice & professional though

I’ll keep it short and sweet.
Felix gave me an estimate to repair two areas of deep gouges in my rear bumper. I also had them replace my cracked windshield.
Brought it in the following week at 8am it was finished by 4:30pm. When I arrived I saw an imperfection (I’m such a tight azz) in the bumper. Felix made zero excuses and said it will be completely redone and available the following day. Picked it up the following day. The paint was perfectly matched and the surface is like glass matching the factory paint perfect. Bravo!
They’re the best in the business and this proves why. Outstanding customer service and follow-​thru.

2nd time I’ve brought my car here in the past 5 years and they do perfect work every time!
Do yourself a favor and see them before you call your insurance company so they can walk you through the process and explain exactly how you need to work with your insurance company to save valuable time. IF you’re familiar with how insurance works, there’s usually a lot of back and forth… not with BumperDoc!

This place is amazing. My neighbor scraped the side of my white Nissan bumper with her SUV and offered to pay for it, so I got a quote from Brandon and spoke with him about dropping my car off to have the cracked tail light replaced and my bumper sanded down/​repainted. Brandon was so nice and helpful, and communicated so well with me, explaining the process. I dropped my car off yesterday morning before I went to work, and it was done by 5PM. I was SO happy with the turnaround time. I was so lucky to only have my car gone for 8 hours — You can’t beat that. The price was also very reasonable and more affordable than all other quotes I had received.
The job that they did was on point. My bumper looks brand new and like nothing ever happened. When I went to pick my car up, Phillip (Brandon’s father) was there to help me and he was AWESOME. Just as nice and pleasant as Brandon was. They were both a breeze to work with for my neighbor too, always keeping her in the loop about the billings and work done. I will definitely be returning. The whole process, from the first conversation with Brandon to picking up my finished car took less than a week. Amazing.

I wish I could have given more stars because of the denomination work I’ve had these guys do to many of my high end vehicles. Unfortunately the last vehicle I brought in when finished had a large amount of overspray, paint drips on my tail light and a horrific tape job on all my door handles. I took me 2 hours to have the overstay and bad tape job fixed on my doors.
This is the only time I’ve had poor work done and most of the time they go out of their way to make sure the job is done right but this is a custom Porsche and it was a rough fix.
