Not a good location, but working nearby for the past 5 years I have never had a bad meal here. I generally take a coupon in for 2 whopper jr’s and 2 french fries for $ 3.99 that I print up online. The rodeo burger for 99 cents is good. All their food they do a good job on and they are not skimpy on the french fries either. The homeless keep to themselves unlike the other fast food places in the neighborhood. If you talk to them, which I advise against, you might find some very kind homeless folks there. One old black guy recommended I mix ½ Sprite with ½ Diet Coke which is now what I have been drinking when I go there for over a year. Another woman shared a coupon with me two nights ago. Know this! Be forewarned! There is a certain violent minority that hangs out around this place so please keep your distance, especially entering and exiting any doors. Keep them at least 8 feet away from you and so not stare at anyone. Also, never leave anything valuable, like a purse, where someone can take it and run off with it because they will. I saw it. The evening counter people, Sandra and a new middle-aged woman make a point of getting every order, to the highest quality served correctly the first time. These two ladies are the best!

The reason for the one star is because I have to rate it something. Anyway gross place. Walk in and all the tables are not just dirty but old food dried and stuck to them. Lets start with just walking up too it. After being accosted by several homeless begging for change which is normal for the area and I am used to it. The big kicker was the the one homeless chick pole dancing with a meter while removing her clothes and I will only say I saw things I can’t unsee. The next was walking in and the smell of old pee dirty clothes and body oder mixed with the smell of sex and feet kick you in the face. After placing my order I had forgot to get salt and ketchup and since the ketchup pump was broke I had to go to the counter and ask. Well I was handed one packet each of salt and ketchup. When I asked fir additionals of each I was told«No». I guess they are trying to keep costs down. Anyway had to use the restroom on the way out went and saw that you needed to get a token in order to use the restroom. So I go to get said token and I ask why this is needed. And I am told that its to keep the homeless out. Well wasn’t I surprised as I walk in and what do I see a NAKED man taking a bath in the sink. So I do my thing and go to wash my hands and the guy is still taking his bath. I find it difficult to wash my hands when there is parts of the human anatomy swinging around and I am trying to not get hit with it. Do yourself favor stay away.

This is definitely one of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been to. I ordered a whopper and for the first time ever, it didn’t taste like a whopper! it doesn’t have a drive thru and the parking is ridiculous, not to mention the droves of homeless people in and around their store begging for change. The customer service here sucks as well, they treat everyone like they treat the homeless people.

Burger King is Burger King. People go to BKs because they all offer relatively the same food, same taste, same prices. As far as the food goes, it’s like any other BK. The staff is awful. The 1 star is for their accuracy, which is usually spot on. But they are extremely rude. Just yesterday I walked up to order and the woman behind the counter said, «What do you want?» while looking irritated that she had to help me. Then, when my food was ready, she said, «Here» and handed it to me without any other words. I felt like my mere existence inconvenienced her day. I don’t know how else to say it, but costumer service is a big part of their job and they’re failing. I’m extremely polite, always please and thank you and they act like this nearly every time I go. Imagine what they’re like with dissatisfied customers. I go because it’s nearby, I like the food fine and it’s easy to pick up after work. With all these reviews I’m surprised management hasn’t implemented some sort of relations training. In short; typical BK food, awful service, bad experience all around.

This certainly isn’t the best Burger King I have been to, but I keep in mind that I am merely talking about fast food. The worst part is the parking. There’s very few metered parking spots, and typically it’s tough to get a spot because this place is located downtown where it’s always busy. Also, it’s located near a city college and two high schools so the lunchtime wait can be petty bad at times. The inside has a creepy vibe because there’s just way too many signs warning customers that they have video cameras recording… Even on the women’s bathroom door! With that said, there’s always people loitering outside the entrances of this BK. The ladies that work the registers often are rude to the customers from what I’ve seen. Honestly, if I didn’t like the BK I might have considered giving this 2 stars.

It’s probably the worst Bk I have ever been to. It is very ghetto with bums outside and inside. And the dinning area was very dirty. I would not recommend eating here ever unless your a cracked out kind of person that happens to be buying crack from some off the shady characters that love to use this place for their trap.

This place is above beyond disgusting and dirty! There was dried soda all over the floor and trash! Gross!

Horrible customer service. The cashier rolled her eyes when I asked her a question, and everyone that worked there looked like they hated their life. I will never return.

It’s clear that management at this locations just doesn’t give a s***. The tables are usually dirty and the burger I order has never once been correct. This time both my and my mother’s burgers had NO pickles when we asked for extra. The receipt was correct, the box was marked«H» for Heavy on the picture of pickles, but there were no pickles. We’d already been up to the counter to ask for a rag to clean the tables and were handed 2 dry napkins and also had to specifically ask for the sauces we ordered with our chicken nuggets(on the receipt, but not on the tray), so I had no hope for the pickles. Although I really like that they have the news on the TVs most days. And just because there are homeless people amongst your clientele doesn’t mean you get to stop caring. Every other downtown business deals with it, so can you.

It’s Burger King folks and a decent one at that. Got the Whopper with Cheese and it was one of the better ones I have had in some time. Not exactly fast food but the quality was good. The location isn’t in the best area but the location is surprisingly nice, clean and modern. There is basically no parking here so that could present some challenges if you’re driving.

This location has no drive thru and parking out front is rare and metered. Employees and Manager have no sense of urgency and do not even greet you. They act like its a burden to even be there. Stopped in yesterday after the beach and ordered 2 combo meals and a kids meal. For fast food, it sure wasn’t fast. We waited for over 12 minutes. Keep in mind, I was in metered parking out front and had no change on me so I was gambling. To top it off, the fountain drinks we chose were flat and watered down but we didn’t notice until we got home. And what’s up the cheap *ss toy in the kids meal? We couldn’t figure out what purpose it even had? At least at other restaurants it’s a licensed toy from some popular movie. This thing was a piece of cloth you fold and put in a luggage tag??? Really? Corporate needs to come in there and teach these Managers and staff that they are in fast food and need a sense of urgency. I swear it took the Manager over a minute to fill our french fry order! I mean all you do is scoop them into a small container. Incredible! I’m sorry but over 10 minutes for a small order is ridiculous! Will I go back? Hell NO! Especially since parking is a premium and there is no drive thru.
