Everytime I’ve come in for catering deliveries your receptionist is extremely rude, belittling, and demeaning. I know I’m not coming in as a student, however I am still a person. Perhaps you should give separate courses to your receptionists on how to be kind and not condescending. It would really help your five star reputation.

Wonderful! Best Continuing Education Course I have ever taken!(I took the 1 year fellowship program.) Dr. Al-Faraje is an excellent lecturer. His lectures are very well thought out and perfectly organized. He uses powerpoints and videos with ease, but doesn’t just read them, he truly lectures and keeps your attention. He is really knowledgeable from all of his Implant surgeries over the years, and has experience placing AND restoring implants, which has helped him perfect his craft. He has a very methodical approach to surgeries. The course has participants of all skill levels(from beginners to diplomats of implantology), and I believe everyone learns something here. I also attended the Live Patient Hands On course, and it also exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a great implant course, definitely consider the California Implant Institute. I did a lot of research when looking for a comprehensive course to take, and I was very pleased with my decision. Everything was excellent!

Exceeded expectations. Perhaps the best CE decision I have made in 23 years. Took the one year fellowship program and learned everything I needed to treatment plan and place implants with confidence. It also prepared me for the ICOI fellowship application. The lectures and supplemental materials were very well prepared and presented with enthusiasm. Lots of camaraderie, faculty was great, wasn’t bored for a minute. Even the food was good. Been placing implants ever since.
