California Medical College in San Diego was founded with the purpose of providing students with the overall Highest Quality Education available. California Medical College’s programs are short, focused, affordable, and designed to help find work quickly. Tuition costs are fixed and include free textbooks, medical kit and scrubs. California Medical College provides job placement assistance as well as free tutoring. Our medical programs deliver the best value of any medical certification training program in Southern California. California Medical College is a private institution and is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).
History
Established in 2009.
California Medical College started with the Professional Medical Technician Program (Medical Assistant Program) which is taught by Doctors and/or Industry Experts and provides students the opportunity to obtain multiple medical certifications in small class settings after only 6 months.
The colleges added the Insurance and Coding and EKG Technician Programs later the same year. In 2010, the Pharmacy Technician Program was started and in March of 2011, California Medical College was approved to offer a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide Training Program.
California Medical College is approved by the Bureau for Private and Post Secondary Education, B.P.P.E. as well as the California Department of Health. National Certifications are approved by N.C.C.T. and N.H.A.
