Campus Village & College Apartments

I moved out of these apartments about 4 months ago because I could not stand how unsanitary they are. My roommates and I signed a 1 year lease for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment off El Cajon Blvd. Although the apartments are cheap, the quaility of living here is unsanitary. We moved in last year and 2 weeks later there were roaches popping out of nowhere! We informed the manager and they were able to get someone to spray the place, but 3 weeks after the spray, they came back again. Not only did this happen, but the trash pick up is terrible. Trash is always overflowing and it starts to smell at times. On top of all of this, you will never get peace and quiet. Kids and neighbors are always blasting loud music, screaming, and we heard couples fighting all the time. My advice to you is to look for another place. Not worth it whats so ever.
