I went here for some pain in my upper back– She significantly helped the pain associated with that, and she cared enough to also helped me with some concerns I told her about other health issues/​past. After my first visit, she called to follow up and see how I was doing, which shows how she truly cares for her patients. She is also flexible with appointment times, which is very helpful. I highly recommend her if you have any chiro concerns.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. C. I have been her patient for about ten years now. She is caring, gentle and knowledgeable. There are days when I walk into her office feeling just absolutely miserable… and walk out pain free and feeling so much better. I am amazed by her ability to figure out my problems and then treat them as gently and effectively as possible. She is a true healer.

I’ve been using chiropractors for about 35 years, and Barbara is one of the very best. She is genuinely caring and highly skilled. While some chiropractors in my past have tried to sell me on more appointments or supplements, there is none of that from Barbara, just excellent adjustments that make me feel like a new man.

Barbara is AMAZING!!! I was referred by a friend, and have referred two others. She fixed my lower back in ONE visit. I am going in for follow up adjustments to keep things on the right track, but WOW. Not only that, she takes the time to call you (personally, not her staff) to see how you are doing, does a follow up, and has been able to get me in the same day if needed. I just can’t rave enough about this woman. I wish all healthcare professionals care for their patients this way.

Best chiropractor in San Diego! She is very caring, sweet and smart. I went to visit her for the first time a few years ago (i’m a new Unilocaler :)) and have been going to her ever since. I went to her with sever back pain and after the first diag she asked me if I get alot of headaches. At the time i would get tension headaches weekly. I had forgotten to mark it off on the initial paper work and she figured it out just by checking out my back and neck. From that moment i knew that she was smart and knew what she was doing. She’s very gentle and walks you through everything she’s doing which is very comforting and calming. Other than being knowledgeable she is very caring and not out to take your money. She set up a schedule for me which was not only helpful to my back but to my pocket (which is always amazingggg).
I defiantly recommend her for everyone especially first time Chiropractic visitors.

Dr. Carlson is a caring, nurturing, sweet, sensitive, honest and gentle woman. She knows exactly where something hurts and how to get to the root of it. I HIGHLY recommend her. If you’re the way i was, a bit scared of chiropractors and the whole cracking thing, she is a great person to introduce you to the art. Or, if you’re looking for someone new, give her a shot. You’ve got nothing to loose but, your aches!

She is the sweetest, most caring chiropractor! She takes the time to really listen to you to try to target the pain/​discomfort you might be coming into her office with. I feel very comfortable with her and the work she does. I would and have recommended her to many, many people.
