I went there to buy parts for a tune up. It was cheaper than the other guys as always. I have most of the time gotten my parts from them. This time however there was a mix up in the spark plugs part number or just some bad ones and my car was running worse than before. But the manager there whose name I didn’t get took very good care of me. Not only did he replace all my spark plugs, he made sure they were gaped correctly. Even though they are supposed to come that way. He made sure they were. It fixed my problem and my car was running smoothly again. I highly recommend this place. I have never had bad service at any of their locations.

They were supposed to arrive at the auto shop in 5 – 10 minutes (they are 10 street blocks away!) and they arrived in over 30min. I was late to an important meeting.
Don’t guarantee a time frame if you cannot assure us that you are going to actually do it–

These folks are a hidden jewel! I didn’t know they were downtown: The clerk said «we’ve been down here since the 1940’s and we STILL hear that!» HAHA. Love a sense of humor!
They switched out the incorrect hose that another of their stores sold me and waived the 10 cent difference. NICE. Called to check on some obscure bulbs and they told me which of their stores had them and how many.
I appreciate a store that actually helps me even if that particular store doesn’t have it. I will continue to do business with Car Quest and their downtown store… now that I know they are there! THANKS!
