I am a music entertainer and I’ve performed here many times. I have watched the staff care for the residents in a respectful and friendly manner, providing top quality food, beverages, and entertainment to meet their recreational needs and making sure they all have fun. I have been to hundreds of senior centers, assisted living residences, and retirement homes, and this one is definitely in the top ten. It’s the staff that make the difference, and they do!

All I can comment on is the fact that I’ve left messages twice and never received a response. Even told the receptionist the second time that I never received a response to my first call. Honestly, if they can’t be bothered to respond to the call regarding a prospective tenant, how can I trust they’ll respond to the needs of a resident?

My parents live here and they love it. I would absolutely recommend this community for elderly parents or loved ones. The staff is handpicked to care for people at this stage of life. Having all levels of care in one place is one of the many benefits at Casa. The food is delicious & top quality. I am at this facility several times a week & I know my parents are in a great place.

This place is very nice. The staff is nice to. I’ve visited a half dozen places like this and this one tops them all.

We chose this location for my Mom after a recent stroke for Rehabilitation Therapy as her speech had a very slight slur and her right hand was not working. The second night there she repeatedly pressed her call button for help to the bathroom and no one came for more than 30 minutes. The third night there she had a second bleed into the brain. That morning someone call my home and left a message on my machine saying they had information regarding my Mom. They had my cellphone number on file and never called it. When I got home at 6pm I called them back and the night Head Nurse said it was to tell me there was a tear in the skin on her arm. When I went in at 6:40pm she was repeating the same word over and over and could not look at you, and she now could not lift her entire right arm. It was obvious she had another stroke. My adult daughter said she was the same way when she visited at 12pm that same day. After 20 minutes of trying to get an answer from these people, I finally had to tell the Head Nurse to either call for a Doctor or I was going to call 911 myself. 35 minutes later I asked her if she had called and she said she was just filling out the paperwork. I told her that I was calling 911 and she grabbed her phone and call. She told them my Mom had some confusion and some weakness in her right arm. Confusion? She was playing Scrabble with me the night before and now all she could do was say ‘Née née.no.no”??? When the EMT’s arrived they were shocked by her condition and were VERY upset with the facility. A trained monkey could have seen it was another stroke! It has been 2 weeks now between ICU and Acute care and she is starting to recover. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! I wouldn’t trust them to properly care for a goldfish!
