Santiago O.

Business Owner

Santiago Orvananos is originally from Mexico City and has been living in San Diego, California since 1984. He has been active in the real estate industry for the past 10 years and is currently an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and recently obtained his designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. He specializes in short sales, residential properties, and in investment opportunities.

Santiago is fluent in Spanish and is actively involved in the Hispanic community. His goal is to help as many people as possible fulfill their dreams of home ownership or get out of a distressed situation. By working hard with honesty and integrity to fulfill his clients’ needs, Santiago strives to create long term relationships that will flourish in the future.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Santiago received his Master’s Degree at Georgetown University and his Bachelor’s Degree at UC Berkeley.
