I love Cassie’s’ Crepes. I eat the sunrise or the farmer’s delight every weekend-​on buckwheat and substitute pesto sauce for garlic… douse with tapatillo. Bonded with another regular who preferred his savory in a sweet crêpe, but buckwheat is definitely the way to go!

If you love crepes, you must try Crassie’s crepes. I think these are the most delicious and healthiest crepes I’ve tried in San Diego.
You can find their stand all over San Diego county at various farmer’s markets. I get mine at Solana Beach market on Sundays (open 1 – 5)
The crêpe menu is pretty extensive and creative, you have your pick of multiple savory crepes with chicken, beef or veggies. If you have a sweet tooth, you can indulge in sweet crepes made with nutella, fresh berries, cream and caramel. Oh, and not to forget they also have breakfast crepes.
Every crêpe I’ve tried has been full of flavor, very filling and fresh!

The people here were really friendly, and the coffee was the best cup o’ joe I’ve had in the US. They’re reasonably priced, and have crazy awesome crêpe creations. Usually crepes are fruit and powdered sugar, of which they had, but they also had ones with sausage and other interesting combinations. Highly recommended; speedy service, friendly employees, great coffee and crepes.

I was so happy that I stopped and tried Cassie’s crepes. I have terrible food allergies and they had a vegan gluten-​free option, really! It was packed full of veggies and had pesto sauce inside to add lots of flavor and it was super tasty. Yummm, so worth the money and the time it took them to make it.

My wife and I came across Cassie’s Crepes at the Leucadia Farmer’s Market. Their list of options was incredible and I thought very reasonably priced. I ordered two and I was stuffed. The Sunrise was amazing and very filling. They are only at this Farmer’s Market on Sundays but they are all over North County different days of the week. Will DEFINITELY be back the next time we are theire. THEY WERE GREAT!

This little booth appears on UTC’s farmer’s market every Thursday afternoon. A must try! Their crepes just satisfy every criteria of my preference: thin, soft crêpe batter (I don’t like thick batter — too big a portion for me — and the flavor of nutella will be diluted) crispy brinks, fresh fruits and thick Nutella sauce. The ratio of batter, fruits and Nutella is extremely important — that’s what makes making a delicious crêpe difficult (though seemingly it is not). If I can make a good one myself I would do it at home!

What a great gluten free find! The buckwheat crepes are light and crunchy, filled with the best combination of savory fillings. We had the Peasant breakfast crêpe and the Salmon Delight. Could have split either one between us. Best breakfast value $ 10 and under. Check them out at the Saturday morning farmer’s market in Golden Hill.

Amazing buckwheat crêpe! I normally don’t like the texture of buckwheat but the ones here are flavorful and aren’t as dry. There are lots of options for savory and sweet crepes. I decided to get the Kid’s Turkey and Cheese crêpe. It says it’s for kids but its the regular size, just that it’s kids’ favorite. The crêpe is really big, and there are tons of cheese! Watching it being made right in front of your eyes is so mouthwatering. The crêpe was delicious and comforting! I didn’t really taste the famous garlic sauce, I guess the cheese was pretty overpowering. It’s also only $ 5 which is really cheap. I sampled their buckwheat crêpe with sugar while waiting, it was really yummy so I can just imagine how amazing their sweet crepes are.

Huge fan! That garlic sauce is amazing!!! I go to their tent at the RB Farmer’s Market on Friday morning. Great way to start the weekend.

We had Cassie’s Crepes cater our son’s first birthday party this past weekend. We had tried their crepes at the Escondido Farmer’s Market and I had also seen the excellent reviews about them on Unilocal.They were fabulous. Our guests loved both the savory and sweet crepes. Having the option to pick from one of 3 savory crepes and one of 3 sweet crepes meant everyone’s palate was satisfied. They arrived early, set up quickly and their stand looked very professional. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny for the convenience, quality, and wow effect. I liked that the crepes had vegetables in them which can be hard to incorporate into a kids’ party. I also did not have to get a big cake as the sweet crepes served as dessert. It made the party so easy. We had around 50 guests, and while there was a bit of a wait, no one minded as it was interesting to watch the crepes being made. I would highly recommend Cassie’s Crepes to anyone looking for an elegant, delicious, and easy choice for a party. Thank you Robert, Cheryl, and family!

I learned how to make crepes from scratch when I was younger (it’s not too difficult — message me and I’ll teach you!), so I’m usually very reluctant to spend money on crepes and scoff at people who think nutella-​banana crepes are some sort of culinary masterpiece.
That being said, Cassie won over my crêpe-​snob heart! There is no way I could recreate any of her recipes at home. The crêpe batter is light and airy, filled with creative combinations of fresh ingredients. The best part by far is the GARLIC SAUCE they use in the savory crepes. It is so addicting and I try to be as friendly as possible so they’ll be friendly with the sauce. ;) I’ve tried two so far, one with mushroom and one with brie. Both were well-​portioned and very delicious.
They have more than one set up, so you can find them at several farmers markets throughout the week. I’m a regular at the UTC Farmers Market Thursdays 3pm-​7pm, and will definitely be back to try the sweet crepes and get more garlic-​sauced savory crepes.

You can also choose what kind of crêpe batter you want: regular, gluten-​free, buckwheat (there was another one… but I forgot)
They will also happily make a customized crêpe for you if you don’t find anything on their menu that you’re craving. HOW FREAKIN’ AWESOME IS THAT?!

I had La Complete. The price is not very expensive. My friend had sweet lemon flavor crepes. It’s from real lemon juice!
