Caudill Lee

We’ve been working with Lee to sell a condo in Point Loma long distance (we live in Idaho now). I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s a straight shooter, a hard worker, and has given us good advice throughout the process. His 30+ years in the business (through good times and bad) really shine in a down market like this, as does his knowledge of the Point Loma area and the specific condo complexes in it.
He’s worked hard for this commission. One sale fell through and we had some trouble with our condo management company taking care of some repairs, and he was on top of things the whole way. He also took care of a garage door repair for us, since we weren’t in town.
There are not many people who I would trust with a long distance transaction this big, but I’ve felt good about the process all along. I would recommend Lee without reservation.
