This place ripped me off for $ 500. They are more out to make money than to help small businesses. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Save yourself money and don’t even bother dealing with them. They seem nice but that is just a cover. Don’t be fooled! Greedy bastards.

I was pleasantly surprised about this place. They went out of their way to help me get a much needed loan for my business. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Plus they have relatively competitive interest rates and a low closing cost. I was very impressed and would recommend CDC to anyone!
