I wish there was a ZERO star rating. After much argument (yes he argued with me) about fault in a job error, our concrete and retaining walls already have major cracks in them and our patio has a section where water pools when it rains. The job is less than 6 months old. We have a mechanic’s lien against our property because Cesar didn’t pay Superior Readymix. He has repeatedly lied to us about the status of the lien. Cesar is a smooth talker. Don’t buy the act.
